I released my words to the world in 2022.

I have since had great luck publishing and winning a few smaller awards.

This is the life I always dreamed of but was never brave enough to embrace...until my world fell apart in 2019 and I could no longer hold it all inside. Sometimes our darkest moments require just the right amount of fire. The perfect amount to burn it all down and rise again. My life as a writer began when my life as a teacher ended.

***Special Note: This list includes only the works that I have released since 2020. All of the non-fiction writing, educational journals, and composition books (contributed and edited) written as an educator (Pre-K-12, Community College, and University) are not included here. Proof that sometimes the best stories begin right after we think ours is over—cheers to new chapters (and plenty of poetry)!
