We take our product updates pretty seriously at Crowdfire and are constantly working on making the product better for our users. We recently released a highly requested feature called Profiles which lets you create multiple social profiles or groups for each of your client, each profile/group containing various social accounts within.

As the people who bring you the product, we’re the best-suited people to tell you how to make the most use out of the innumerable features that Crowdfire offers.

Here’s why you should get started with Crowdfire Profiles, if you haven’t already.

1. Ability to manage multiple clients within the same account

This feature was built keeping agency use in mind who handle multiple clients on a daily basis. But wouldn’t your lives be so much easier if you could just manage all of these clients from within a single dashboard? Imagine removing the hassle of logging in and out of multiple social accounts of different clients the whole day.

With Crowdfire, this is now a reality! You no longer have to create different accounts for multiple clients on Crowdfire in order to manage their accounts. Profiles lets you create different groups within the same Crowdfire account after which you can add individual social accounts for each group.

Which means a Single Login to access all accounts and clients at once!

2. Security guaranteed

With so many outside threats to our online identity and information, not everyone is going to be comfortable sharing sensitive details, especially log in credentials for their social media accounts. But as their social media managers, you’ll obviously need them to share it with you right? How else are you going to log in and manage their social accounts?

We understand how important client security is, which is why we built the Team Member feature within Profiles.

Now, you can simply set up an account for them on Crowdfire. Once they have all of their accounts linked, they can create a Profile with the social accounts they want to be managed and invite you as a team member to that particular profile.

Now when you log in to your own Crowdfire account, you’ll see their Profile also linked to your account for which you can perform all of the same tasks that they can. All without sharing passwords of course. This way, your client’s happy about keeping their login credentials secure and you can continue going about your usual work!

Note : You’ll need to have a Crowdfire account of your own for your client to be able to invite you to manage their Profile. All you need to do to set up a basic account on Crowdfire is to simply sign up with your Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. And you’re done!

3. Full Transparency!

We know how important it is for clients to know each and every detail about the marketing strategies their managers are adapting. It’s absolutely necessary to get client approval before publishing anything on their social medias.

With Crowdfire Profiles, it’s so much easier to give your client access to all this information so that they’re aware of all the content ideas before they’re published.

It doesn’t matter if your client is the Crowdfire account owner or if they’re invited as a team member to their Profile on your Crowdfire account.

They’ll be able to view all of the content that you’ve scheduled for their accounts and suggest edits if necessary. They’ll be able to edit posts on their own. They’ll have direct access to their analytics and can create their own reports. And a lot more!

There need not be any kind of back and forths between your client and your social media managing team anymore. All of the information will be out in the open for everyone to access easily and adapt accordingly.

4. Get separate content pool for each client!

You definitely know by now that you can also curate and discover content on Crowdfire. But with each of your clients catering to a different target audience and different interests, it can be difficult discovering separate content for each client within the same dashboard right? Wrong.

On Crowdfire, you can now set different keywords and topics of interests for each Profile. Which means that you’ll get a separate content feed for each of the Profiles you’ve set up. Let me take an example? Assume I manage social media for 2 clients — An Etsy seller and a Soft Drink Company. Each caters to a different audience.

I’ll create 2 separate Profiles for them within my Crowdfire account and can now set different keywords for them each. This will pull different content recommendations for each profile, which means that no client’s content feed will be affected by the other’s.

It’s so much easier to discover and schedule content for each of your clients using Crowdfire Profiles.

So there you have it, folks! These were just some of the benefits to you using Crowdfire Profiles. Setting up a Profile within your Crowdfire account is easier than figuring out the right temperature of water for your shower, promise! Convinced yet?
