Kenzo's Awakening & Promise's Baptism...
2025 Barbie Story #3

Hi All,
It's Doll Mommy here. ❄️🎁❄️🎁 Please take a break from your holiday shopping & Starbucks coffee to spend some quality time via text with your favorite gurl.
Guess what, y'all? I finally found out why Fatima James was wearing Kenzo's $1000 jacket and nearly $2000 chain. Are you ready for the reason, friendz?
I overheard—okay, I admit that my ear was against Kenzo's deadbolt-locked bedroom door—my doll son Kenzo tell his best friend Bryshere that he laced his doll crush Fatima James with his Mariners chain and Snoop Dogg jacket because she is blazed (which I guess means pretty with a set of hot cakes) and is basically the baddest chick in his high school.
Say what?!
Blazed? That doesn't sound like a good thing. In fact, that sounds kind of hot & hellish! Where is my holy water when I need it, y'all? Lol 🤣
& Hot cakes? Let's hope he means she is a great pancake maker. If not, I'll be getting him one of those 5 lb. flour babies that we had to tote in high school to accompany him to soccer practice in the rain each day. I guarantee after he recovers from the embarrassment, his new parental responsibilities, and his third shoulder surgery, he will cool all of that mannish talk on down! lol 😁
Also, if Fatima is such a bad chick, maybe she needs an exorcism. Fatima, the gold-digging menace, better get her Linda Blair on elsewhere cuz I'm not having it.
Don't worry about Miss Fatima, though, fam. I will be filing a restraining order on Kenzo's behalf bright and early Monday morning. Ain't nobody got time to be nickeled and dimed by Freddy Krueger's long-lost daughter! Lol 🤣
I told Kenzo that Fatima just seemed to be using him for money because she would text him three times a week asking him to Cash App her lunch money. He finally saw what I was talking about when his Tesla was totaled and she no longer wanted to be seen in public with him as a result.
Last week I jokingly told Kenzo to invite Fatima to Promise's baptism. He must have really asked her because I hear that Fatima and her Cardi B-looking cousin Mu-cha-cha got turned away by the head usher at Olive Branch Church, at the door, for not meeting the dress code. I think the head usher made the right call. What do you think, fam? Take a look:

My bad, y'all; let me get back on track. The reason that I texted you is to tell you about Promise's baptism. She looked so radiant on her big day! I know that Jesus accepted her into his family with open arms and was smiling down on my baby girl with pride that day!
Promise wore an interesting hat to the baptism that was created by her feisty doll sister, Unique, who has been away at design school in NYC. Take a look:

Promise's hat is goo-goo-ga-ga-gorgeous, but it is in the shape of a wedding dress. I told Unique to not be giving her Headstart-aged, 17-year-old doll sister Promise any bright ideas about matrimony. I'm not ready to live alone with 100 cats just yet! lol 🤣
Here is a darling pic of Promise & Unique at Promise's baptism! Promise is on the left; Unique is on the right. Don't they look adorable?

Well, family, I better go begin baking these cookies for Santa!
Have a good night, friendz! Happy Holidays! 🫶🏾
Sincerely,
Your favorite gurl, Doll Mommy
P.S. Please don't buy up all of the mistletoe & chapstick at Target this year; be considerate and save some for the rest of us, por favor!

Such an animated and fun read, . . . Thank you > > > BLESSINGS > > > HUGS 💕💕💕💕
Luv this!
💖I spent a little too long staring at them both. Their outfits are to LIVE for! 💖 💖I dropped everything, but the biggest smile crossed my visage when I read this line: ‘I admit that my ear was against Kenzo's deadbolt-locked bedroom door.’ It gave birth to laughter. I wonder why it was so locked though? “What dat boi got hidin in there?” 💖 Anyway, back to the text. The dialect and the vibe of this piece felt like the first installment, but now you’ve kicked it up a notch with the humor. If you actually make him carry that 5lb bag of flour... oh, my ribs! It would be too funny.
These dolls are living the life, fancy and all dolled up. What, they wore that to church - well I never! Proper protocols people, doll people. So Fun indeed to read the lives of the doll world.
Tiff, what is life without the beautiful distractions to help us be happy. I am so jealous of all those Barbies having such a great time. UR unique voice shines through these moments and reach out to make our days. Did you make the hat, costumes are so lovely.
Your "Doll Mommy" voice is so funny and full of life. I actually laughed out loud at the part about the "flour baby" and the restraining order!
Nice Sis, Lol 😆 😂Ha ha ha🤣 Mucha- Cha looks like Cardi B!!!!
By blending family dynamics, teen antics, and cultural commentary, the story invites readers to laugh while reflecting on real-world parenting and social scenarios. The dialogue feels authentic and vibrant.
Freddy Krueger’s long-lost daughter had me laughing! Happy holidays to the whole Doll family ❤️
Cute story as usual, Tiff. I’m kind of sad that Fatima and Mu-cha-cha weren’t allowed to go into the church… you know how much I go to bat for the underdog!!! 🤪 However this story was fun, fun, fun.
Cute!!😊💕💗
😂🤩 That was a whole lotta fun Tiffa! The shoulder surgery and restraining order had me chuckling. The entire piece was witty, and full of doll drama! You've got your hands full. Best of luck keeping them under control, lol.
"Let's hope he means she is a great pancake maker." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Promise and Unique look sooo pretty and adorable! 😍😍😍😍
Promise and Unique do look stunning indeed 😊❤️ This was a fun read
