Why Wait?
Conscious Symbolism from a Visual Perspective

As I was growing up, I intuitively knew to keep a balanced and harmonious lifestyle in whatever way I could. I based my success in that endeavor as a level of satisfaction with my current feelings. My judgement for how I was developing and performing was and still is based on disciplining my experiences from the inside out. Even though I was consistently active physically, I also found time to test my mental to micromovement reactions with video games or rest my spirit by watching TV. Some people believe that TV is a bad influence no matter what you watch but deep within I know that it depends on the subject of the objective perspective you look at in ANY situation we experience. The only reason I’ve found making that true is that polarities exist in repelling planes. This means that whereever we can find something we don’t like— that makes us feel bad within, then we can find the repelled plane of that to feel well. It’s as if the bad side of it exists on a invisible string connected to the good side. Once we can see that is always present, we begin to see past the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ to experience an essence of existence. As I became more knowledgeable of self, I began to want to engage that same spark in ways that are stereotypically looked at as detrimental. In this thinking and approach I found that Life equates to math in the sense that the truth of whatever the subject is will align with common sense and logic or add up to the right ‘number’. This brought me to the 2 questions: “How do we share this existence without access to the same knowledge that the most intelligent revolutionaries of history had access to in their lifetime?” and “Why don’t more people access this ability more frequently if it can benefit us so?”.
Rick and Morty or Lucy...or both?
As an aquarius, when I heard that Netflix was adding a show about the smartest scientist in the Universe, I was immediately intrigued. While acquiring a true thirst for knowledge, I began using the TV less and less. But, some of the time I paid to enlighten myself through television actually stuck out brightly in my memory. “Rick and Morty” is a show with in depth, extremely creative, and metaphorically relevant plot, comedy, and animation. At first glance it can fly by the perceiver but when you watch intently you can see the deliberate satire that draws attention to a mimicing position on things that tend to take on an unnecessary overtone. Allowing us to see that maybe the point of that scene was pointing out how important our intuition is. If our common sense is the numbers of the equation, then the logic is the answer to the equation, and if we have both of those working in harmony— we have intuition. “Rick and Morty” bases almost all scenes off of some intergalactic travel and extraterrestrial beings. Therefore not only does the show nudge your thinking into a deeper aspect of thought, it also opens your mind through the fact that we cant even walk all the way across Earth in a full day and since the Earth can fit in the Sun over a million times...that means the space we live in is bigger than we can fathom most times so there HAS to be other forms of intelligent life. Hopefully we can find out exactly how intelligent they are some day, but Rick can help us imagine that and aspire to become it as well!
“Lucy” is a movie starring Scarlett Johansson as Lucy, throughout the movie we see how she was attempting to live a normal life before she got roped in way over her original intentions. Unfortunately, she ends up with a special form of intelligence due to a forced participation with a trafficking operation. During her time with the unforeseen boost she realized she had access 100% of her mental prowess. Now if we compare Lucy to Rick then we have a tie in terms of intelligence, but Rick acquired his through patience and action, while Lucy acquired hers accidentally and it also came with a timer due to the artificial source it derived from.
If you have dreams of being the absolute best person you can be, it’s possible. We, as humans, restrict ourselves too much and refuse to flow with what we truly desire. True intelligence is certain, even if we can’t answer the question at the moment, it doesnt mean that it doesnt exist because if the question arises then the answer must already be present. “Rick and Morty” and “Lucy” give us glimpses into what may be possible if we improve ourselves daily. For every time we are amazed and forced to disbelieve the impossible, there is the potential for a million more amazements.
Harry Potter? Wizard of Oz? Or both?
Harry is an orphan who really just seeks the same level of acceptance he gives others. Being born with the genetics of someone who discovered how to tap into real Universal magic and someone who had not yet found that magic. In the world with the high concentration of magicians they call those without knowledge and application of magic: ‘muggle(s)’. This caused controversy between Harry and the magical humans while also bringing controversy with the humans who hadn’t found that type of magic due to the lack of understanding of his feelings. Now since they study real magic they are learning to grant wishes of their own at their will, with practice though, of course.
“Wizard of Oz” is a story of a treacherous migration to find someone with a power strong enough to grant one wish for whoever asks. Feeling powerless, they will go however far that’s needed to get one thing to change in their lives forever.
“Harry Potter” and “Wizard of Oz” both tell stories of two different approaches in terms of our mindset we can take on life. It boils down to who we give our power to, our birth right of power. Do we choose to exalt someone other than ourselves for the things we want or need to produce in our life? Or do we take the solution on ourselves? My thing is, why wait?
All American? Beats? Or Both?
In “All American”, Spencer James is a shining athlete with a lively social life. He ends up getting the short end of the stick at times but it’s all for a bigger purpose. Spencer dreams of playing professionally at the highest level against the players with possibly the same idea and they may even want it more.
“Beats” is a story about a young music producer who dreams of becoming a master of sound. He ends up with a mentor who helps him see how much potential he really has to do what he dreams of.
Music and sports are two things that have become synonymous over time. Even people who may not be as active as those who play sports can enjoy the relaxing or enjoyable sounds from our musicians. But the reason we enjoy music when we put our bodies into a high degree of motion is because the music brings our mental plane into a relaxed state of being. That allows our physical body to act without hinderance from thought patterns that won’t serve us properly. Those who dream of athletic success and those who dream of musical success are one in the same. The more success we achieve with one plane will allow us to transfer those polar lessons upward into the higher planes.
The plane above the physical and mental is the spiritual. It’s the plane where we learn what true magic is and the benefits that self reflection can have on our lives. If we can see the miracle in the simplest of form, then we can also find the miracle in the most complex forms. When we find miracles in the moment we find that they are truly the same as our first breath and our first rhythm— the heartbeat. Why wait to see the miracles in your life, when they are happening to you all the time?
