Who is Your Husband? Part 2
Tamang’s Vision for Peace

Tamang and Abutani got married with great fanfare in the entire village. The entire valley was resounding with the sounds of music, songs, dance and fragrant flowers. The sky seemed even bluer today after seeing the smiles of both of them. But the happiness of the two does not last forever.
A distant hill tribe received news that the most beautiful girl of the Apatani tribe, Tamang, had now married a commoner. Their king decided that he would take Tamang to his palace, even if it was with a bullock cart.
One night, when the village was sleeping under the cold light of the blue moon, some strange soldiers attacked. They tried to kidnap Tamang. But Abutani, who had sworn an oath to Tamang, swooped down like a hawk.
Abutani attacked fiercely with his bow and arrow. Many soldiers fell to the ground. But the enemy was more numerous. Tamang showed completely unexpected courage with a strong rope of yarn from her handloom to help Abutani. She started tying their feet.
Finally, a heavy handed soldier knocked down Tamang. Abutani was also caught. The situation was critical. But suddenly, other young men of the village, who respected the love between Tamang and Abutani, ran with their weapons. They all fought together.
After several hours of fighting, the tribe defended itself. The enemy retreated. Tamang and Abutani met again. But Tamang knew that the danger was not yet completely over.
After this attack, Tamang made a big decision.
We will not only unite our tribe, but all the mountains. Where no girl or boy will live in fear. Where love will not have to struggle.
Tamang began her dream. She went from tribe to tribe. She explained to the people that they should not fight, but live with love and peace. Abutani was with her, like a companion, like a hero.
Wherever Tamang went, people became fans of her intelligence, beauty and kindness. Many tribes threw their unresolved disputes before her. Slowly, a new light of love and friendship spread throughout the valley.
While the dream of Tamang and Abutani was taking shape, a new threat emerged. The old magicians, who always ruled their kingdom by making the tribes fight, began to consider Tamang's sweet language as a threat to their power. They awakened the demon of disruption a symbol of greed and political greed.
This demon had eyes like thorns, breath like poison, and voice like thunder. It created war and hatred wherever there was love and peace.
The decision was many times bigger. Tamang and Abutani now had to fight not only with bow and arrow, but also with the power of heart and mind.
Even the cold air in the mountains was hot. The demon of disruption had spread fear among all the tribes with his terrible roar. People started suspecting each other again, old grudges started to flare up. The flames of hatred started to burn on the sweet flowers of love.
Tamang saw this, but she was not going to lose heart.
She knew that if she lost today, no one would ever speak the language of love.
Abutani was with her wholeheartedly, with courage.
Tamang gathered the youth of the tribes.
Not with swords, we will win with our hearts.
We can defeat disruption, if we make our love, truth and trust into arrows.
After listening to him, all the people cried, because there was still hope left within them.
Tamang decorated all the villages with flowers, colorful lights and sweet songs.
All the people started hugging each other, forgetting their old enmities.
His red eyes were shining like fire. The earth was shaking with his heavy steps. But when he saw that people were laughing, meeting, a strange tremor arose within him.
He shouted, I want a fight I want hate. But according to the story, when he saw sweet love in Vighnas eyes, that magic began to fade. Tamang fired his last weapon, an old song that had a mothers lullaby, a song of friendship, and a feeling of love. All the people gathered together and sang this song. Their voices echoed in the mountains, flying in the wind. The demon of Vighna trembled. He began to change. The heavy black dust of his body began to dissolve into the soil. Finally, he turned into soft petals that flew with the wind. Love won. Tamang and Abutani spread the message of love throughout the mountains. The tribes were united. Now there was no war, no hatred. Tamang and Abutani started a cultural fair where every year people from each tribe would come, presenting their art, songs, stories, and Sharing happiness.
Tamang was called the daughter of the sun till the end.
And Abutani the guardian of true love.
And the story goes that whenever someone sings a song about Tamang,
the sun always shines a little brighter.
The sun was at the very edge of the sky. The sweet scent of flowers was in the air, but a strange tension still hung over the mountains.
Tamang, in her bright red dress, was hiding both hope and fear on her moon-like face. Abutani stood with a bow in his hand, the tip of which was shining with hope.
In the village square, along with the Hanerias, the three defeated gods, instead of accepting defeat, were contemplating a dangerous move. They had reawakened the spirit of disruption.
Now the disturbance came in a new form, smoke, the living poison of anger and hatred!
People started running. The sky turned black. The earth started shaking.
Tamang folded his hands and looked at the sky. Tears were trembling in his eyes, but inside he was like a rock.
He took out an old amulet from his neck, the same amulet that his mother had said would give you the power of true love.
Tamang looked at Abutani for the last time.
Her courage gave Tamang new strength.
She ran, passed through the pouring smoke, and with all the strength of her heart, threw the amulet, the memory of the disturbance.
An explosion occurred
A bright light tore through the darkness. The heavy voice of the obstacle, I am hatredwas heard, but Tamang said
You are not hatred! You are Bhairav, the test of love that we have crossed with love
And suddenly, the smoke dissolved in the air. The obstacle disappeared. All the mountains became clear. The sandalwood was covered again.
The people brought Tamang and Abutani to the stage with laughter and joy.
Abutani took out a gold necklace from her earrings for Tamang, on which three words were written: Truth, Patience, Love
She put the necklace around Tamangs neck.
The people showered flowers. There was only an echo of happiness in the mountains.
Tamang and Abutani looked into each others eyes, the eyes that were witnessing all the wars, all the trials and the victory of true love so far.
