The road of life has its ups and downs, and anyone can fall into a low period. We often say that there is no blessing, no misfortune, misfortune comes one after another, but people do not even have the opportunity to breathe and adjust, they are pushed into the abyss by a pair of invisible giant hands.

Looking back on the bumpy road, I always felt that time was the lowest point of my life. At that time, the family was suddenly hit by some changes, I really thought it was a desperate situation - a dilemma, a dilemma. A feeling of deep darkness is very suffocating, trying to look up, but even a ray of light can not be found. I often sit in front of the TV indifferently, letting the TV screen shake mechanically in front of my eyes, while my mind is either chaotic, or blank. I couldn't make sense of it, but let the bad emotions gnaw at my mind over and over again. One day, I suddenly heard a phrase on the TV: "Either you die, or you live wonderfully! It was like being whipped and I suddenly realized that I was a loser if I was half dead!

So I regrouped and started looking for a way out. In this process, I found a truth, the worse the situation, the more able to sharpen the human mind. Life gives you such a situation, is unfortunate, but at the same time is lucky. When people are frustrated to the extreme, they will be more sober than ever. In the past, I may have been shallow and foolish, and I may have gotten carried away. However, after the forging of the ordeal, I was like a hardened iron, a fundamental change. I began to re-understand myself, re-measure life, the whole person is therefore much more stable.

My situation was terrible, a thousand things tangled together, so chaotic that it was close to collapse. To find a ray of light in the lowest valley, and along the direction of the light to break through the haze, the clouds to see the sun, is not easy. I quieted my mind, analyzed and seized the only remaining ray of hope in the desperate situation. I settled my family affairs and gave myself some stability. Next, I sorted out my work ideas, made plans to start from scratch, re-planned my future development direction, and determined to get up from where I fell.

This process is difficult, as the cocoon into a butterfly, is bound to experience pain. This kind of experience is the improvement of one's own ability and the sublimation of one's spiritual cultivation. Since then, I have become more resistant to stress. Later on, my life continued to be up and down, I would always say to myself, "What are you afraid of, I've been through such difficult times! Sometimes I would read aloud to myself Pushkin's poem: "If life deceives you, do not be sad, do not be anxious. Be calm in the days of melancholy: believe that happy days will come."

Yes, happy days will come eventually! The low period in life is the worst stage, but also the most fortunate stage. Because we can turn the low period into a value-added period, adding a thick and deep color to life. Look carefully at those successful people we are familiar with, none of them are good at turning a low period into a value-added period. A situation, for others may be a desperate situation, but for them is a springboard to success. Many people's turn of fate, are from the experience of the valley, as the saying goes, "do not experience the storm, how to see the rainbow". Caught in a desperate situation, grit your teeth to climb up, and try to hold on to go on, you will be able to "darkness and a village". As Balzac said: "Misfortune is the ladder of genius, the water of baptism for believers, the bottomless abyss for the weak."

Even if life is a mess, we should have the sentiment of looking far away; even if life is shrouded in gloom, we should also have the desire for warmth and light. After experiencing "the sea apparition hundred feet of ice, sad clouds ten thousand miles of condensation", will certainly usher in the "straight hanging clouds sail to the sea".

Tagore said: "Your burden will become a gift, your suffering will light up your way." When you are in the doldrums, remember to tell yourself that this is your value-added period!
