Taaooma during interview

Speaking about her inspiration behind going into music, Taaooma said:

TAAOOMA: I'm glad someone is finally asking me about that. I mean, it just felt like I was invisible before, but okay. For me, entertainment is freedom. You can do anything and I'm in my house. I'm not holding anybody to ransom, so why can't I do it? And I also like the fact that it is my music. It is my song. It is a song that I can be proud that okay I made this song. I just feel like I'm using other people's songs, and this thing is not so hard. I have a studio, we can record songs. I'm not going to say that my main aim is not for the songs to blow up, please let it blow up, wherever you're watching. But I just want the songs to be there, I just want to be able to open it and I have a music catalog. So yeah, I love music, and some people say I have voice.

Responding to those who criticize and hate her music, Taaooma said:

TAAOOMA: I'm one person that no matter what you say, I will do it. Now it's up to God and it's up to my commitment so that God will now crown my efforts. But you see that thing, I will do it. And I'm in the entertainment industry, there is a lot of things that have to do with entertainment, and my hands should not be tied. That's the point. This is entertainment and I can do as much as I'm willing to. So if I'm willing to give music a shot, why am I not doing it? It's not removing anything from my account. Okay yeah, promotion, a little bit, but it doesn't affect anybody. I will drop this song. This thing that you say I should not do, I will do it. If you don't want to listen to it, it's okay. That's me!
