What I Say to People Calling the Female Nigerian Housemates Gossips - Olivia
Olivia talks gossiping, South African housemates

Nigerian housemate and recent evictee from the ongoing Big Brother Titans show, Olivia, is one of a number of Nigerian women on the show who were accused of being gossips and ganging up against the South African housemates, especially the South African women.
During a new interview with TVC, Olivia sat down with eSplash to open up about the gossiping of the women and if she in fact had problems with the South African housemates on the show. Here is what Olivia had to say.

During the interview, Olivia was asked: "When you're in the house, something can look a way but then we outside, we see a whole other thing. So the Nigerian females were now accused of gossiping about the other housemates, especially the female South African housemates. The South African females I think were just on vibes and cruise, but then it was always like the Nigerian girls were the ones like always wanting to be in a coven of sorts. What was that about? So was it like Nigerians vs South Africans or what was happening?" She responded:
OLIVIA: No, it wasn't that way. It was funny how the four of us actually connected the first night we walked into the Big Brother house. I connected with Nana because of she's from the north. Then Jenni and Yvonne, they came along immediately. So we just connected that same night, so it was like a sisterhood something. Like we just loved each other's vibes and we were connecting naturally, like nothing was forced. Like you won't see anywhere where Jenni was forcing Yvonne to be her friend or me forcing Jenni to be my friend. It just happened naturally. Like we were just waiting for the opportunity to meet and be friends or sisters kinda thing. So it wasn't like we were ganging up against anybody.
"What made it worse was when something happened and you now said "These South Africans!" and you had to give an apology. A lot of people had an issue with it. Many people were of the opinion that you were forced to give that apology, that it wasn't from the bottom of your heart. So what was that situation about?"
OLIVIA: So for that, the apology wasn't forced. I had a conversation with a particular housemate and he was like some people felt bad about what I said. I was like okay, if that's the case, I'm gonna apologize, but I think it was like a miscommunication because that was actually not what I meant. They misunderstood what I said at that point. But I didn't really hate anyone on the show and I was just trying to bring everyone together. If you can remember the speech I was giving, it was about us coming together not forming groups.
