It's summer vacation, Tim, 20 years old kid, is getting ready for yearly visit to his grand parents. After 48 hours long journey, Tim along with his parents reached their grand parents home in the suburbs of Roseville town located in eastern Melbourne, Australia. Everyone was delighted, after having tummy full of delicious dinner, Tim approached his grand father, Jack and requested for story, to which Jack said, "How about we roast some marshmallows in our backyard while I tell you a story about a mythical 'Black book' called Traeh?!". Tim excitedly replied, "Awesome, I will get the sticks and marshmallows".

Jack, Tim and Tim's father sat around the fire pit. Jack began narration.

A long time ago, in ancient India, a group of saints, after years of meditation, forged a black book with 108 blank pages. The purpose of the book was to chose one worthy human who will guide the world in the dark hours of Kalyug, also called as the age of darkness. It is said that whoever possesses the book will be able to travel through all possible realities to bring the best. Thus, the journey of book began.

Tim curiously asked, " How would the book will chose and what if the chosen human got corrupted after?"

Jack smiled and continued the narration. The book was magically locked and only the one chosen by book will be able to read the future events.

The saints then placed the book in a sacred place where everyone was allowed to try and open the book. Many came to the sacred place however, as they were not chosen by Traeh, they were not able to open the book. Years passed and everyone gave up and forgot about the book since, the effect of kalyug corrupted their believes and on one dark night, it rained so heavily that the sacred place and the temple got washed away in the flood. Two travellers, Ekki and Noah who had travelled almost entire world, stopped by a huge bayan tree which was just near the riverbank, Ekki had strong ambitions and wanted to explore the world where as Noah was laid back and just enjoyed the natural beauty.

As Ekki was filling up water from the river stumbled in to the black book. He was astonished to find the mythical book, he only had rumors about. He told the Noah about the book. Noah looked at the book with amazement from every angle. Then, Ekki opened the book and was surprised to find nothing in the book.

Tim surprisingly said, " Woa, Ekki is the chosen one". To that Jack continued.

Ekki explained about the book to his mate, Noah. They were happy that now they would be able to bring peace and harmony. However, at times, they would steal food from farms due to hunger. They travelled to places as the book guided. Every morning, the book would display certain tasks for the rest of the day and every night the book will display certain tasks for Ekki, on how to start the day. Ekki and Noah got themselves a routine and they were both witnessing the changes that the book was bringing in them.

As the days and weeks went by, Ekki got weary. One day, after long hours of walking and working, Ekki and Noah sat under a tree, they both were hungry and thirsty. Noah asked Ekki, if he has anything to eat in his bag. Ekki nodded to no. So, Noah said, no worries, I will try to look for something near the woods. Ekki replied, mate, I am really tired. I will just rest here for awhile. Noah after rest for awhile went out to look for meal.

After Noah left, Ekki slowly pulled out a piece of bread out from his bag and ate it. After Noah returned, he found Ekki was dead with a piece of half eaten bread.

Tim and Tim's father boggled and spoke, "what?"

Noah was sad and enraged. He yelled out loud, "I knew about the piece of bread". He furiously threw the book away.

Later that night, when he was meditating, it occurred to him about the power of the book, bring out the best possibility. He rushed to find the book.
