Timini Egbuson Shares Unusual Dating Advice

Nollywood actor and national heartthrob Timini Egbuson who is currently enjoying a long break from an extensive year of work, is opening up during a new interview with Saturday Beats about his current relationship status, as well as giving dating advice that may be unusual to some but makes sense when you read it in full. He also opened up about the holiday season speaking about his most cherished Christmas memories and more. Here's what Timini Egbuson had to say.

During Timini's interview when asked about his current relationship status and if he's in love with anyone at the moment, Timini responded saying:

TIMINI EGBUSON: I am not in love with anyone, I am only in love with Nollywood— my craft and what I do on screen.

Then, when asked to share his thoughts on falling in love, Timini gave some unusual relationship advice about falling in love scared. The actor said:

TIMINI EGBUSON: Love is a beautiful thing and I portray it a lot in my films. But, I feel like when you’re falling in love, try and fall in love scared. Don’t over think it because love is actually a good thing, despite the fact that it can have its ups and downs.

Being in the festive season, Timini was also naturally asked to reflect on his most cherished Christmas memories, to which Timini said:

TIMINI EGBUSON: The most memorable Christmas I’ve ever had was when I was a kid. I remember the knockouts (fireworks). I also recall that things were so much simpler; there wasn’t social media, and it was just a happier time. Not to say that it’s not happy right now, but it was a happier back then.

Finally, speaking on how he is spending the holiday period, Timini opened up saying:

TIMINI EGBUSON: The holiday season is a time to reconnect and recharge. I work very hard all year round. So, this is the time to let my hair down and breathe a little. It also means going to the beach.”
