The reality is always frustrating, but your hard work, time will not live up to it

The reality can be so cruel that when you put a lot of time and energy into your beloved cause and get a small gain, your contribution will be uprooted and no room will be left for you.

I have heard too many people say "I tried my best...", not to mention whether this is an exaggeration, even if it is true, then when you are moved by yourself, have you ever thought that what you have accumulated can be spelled out? Is there enough stuff?

In my opinion, most people say this just to comfort themselves, so as not to blame themselves. When people feel sorry for themselves, they forget that, rather than fighting everything, it is more important to have something to fight for.

What exactly is yours in the world is a question that many people may want to figure out.

1. Are the children yours?

no.

Although you have a strong blood relationship and an inseparable kinship, you can only have reunion, filial piety, visiting, caring for each other...etc. Even if you go to another world, they just see you off, but they fail to bring you back to the world.

2. Is the money yours?

no.

Although you work hard to make money, but you try to spend it, even if you have more deposits in the bank, it is something that will not be brought by life or death.

3. Are the house and car yours?

no.

Although you lived in a warm and comfortable place, when you left, it was nothing.

Second, what exactly is yours?

1. your body.

It is the only one that will accompany you in your life and go through the whole course of your life. Only it can desperately protect and protect your life until it exhausts all its energy. The better your health, the farther you will travel.

Without the body, your life will end. Therefore, you should treat this "body", the only thing that belongs to you, as a priceless treasure, love it and meet all its needs. Exercise, nutrition, work and rest, disease prevention and treatment, attention to hygiene, good mood, protection from injury, etc. All protective measures should be followed, and we should not relax for a moment.

2. healthy body.

Good health, quality of life

If you are healthy, your life will be long.

Without a healthy body, there is no life. With life you have everything. Without life, nothing is yours.

Therefore, as long as we live for one day, it is a blessing and should be cherished.

3. Prejudice is worse than ignorance when it comes to health.

The biggest mistake in life is to exchange health for external things;

The greatest sorrow in life is to exchange life for personal troubles;

The biggest waste in life is to use life to solve the troubles you create!

There is nothing like health. Protect your body and cherish what you have now! ! !

3. The new standard of modern life:

1. The smartest person: old play, old music, old open-minded, old humor;

2. The most stupid person: old anxious, old-fashioned, old depressed, old working overtime;

3. The healthiest person: always walking, moving, exercising, hugging;

4. The happiest person: always talking, always laughing, always connected, always satisfied!

I have met many people who are considerate and generous, but I have rarely met people who can be generous, even if they receive something with love and enthusiasm. Why do people react this way?

Accepting favors from others makes oneself inferior

I've met many empathetic, generous people who rejoice when others turn to them for advice or support. It's okay to do this, because helping others is inherently good. Sadly, I rarely meet people who can be generous, even if they receive something with love and enthusiasm.

They seem to feel that receiving favors from others makes them inferior; relying on others is even less honorable. They'll think, "If someone gives me something, it's because I don't have the ability to get it myself." Or "This guy is giving me something now, and I'm sure I'll give it back in the future." I deserve this kind of help."

The universe is driven by two forces, giving and receiving are part of the same movement

Why do people react this way? Perhaps because we don't understand that the universe is driven by two forces: one is expansion, rigor, discipline, and conquest; the other is concentration, contemplation, and surrender. We only need to look at our heart - which is always regarded as a symbol of life - to understand.

It is the rhythmic contraction of these two forces that contributes to the rhythm of the heart. Many stars in the night sky can radiate light, but at the same time, they also swallow everything around them, which physicists call gravity. That kind of giving and receiving, even though they appear to be two extremes, are actually part of the same movement.
