The One Type of Guy I DON'T Want to Date - Saskay

Saskay opens up

By Jide OkonjoPublished about a year ago 3 min read

Media personality, reality TV star, video vixen, and actress Saskay is opening up in a new interview with The Punch about the one type of man she is trying to avoid getting romantically involved with. During the interview with Punch, Saskay disclosed the ideal kind of guy she's looking for, and what she is for sure NOT looking for. She also opened up about the right and wrong ways to meet her. And then, also adviced young creatives and upcoming people on how to navigate a life in entertainment, or pursuing any sort of creative endeavour. Here is what Saskay had to say about all these things.

First of all, speaking about the wrong place to get her attention, and the right way to go about it, Saskay said:

SASKAY: My DM is the wrong place. I will never respond to any sort of message like that. It’s better when I meet the person one on one.

And then when asked what kind of man she is trying to meet, Saskay revealed what she wants and what she definitely does NOT want, saying:

SASKAY: There is just one thing I know: I don’t want someone in the entertainment industry, which is so hard because I am in the entertainment industry. Most people I meet are people in the entertainment industry. Though I am in the entertainment industry, I want a regular 9-to-5 person.

And then, finally giving advice to young creatives trying to also tow the line she is towing and pursuing a career in something creative or in entertainment, Saskay said:

SASKAY: Every creative has to develop themselves. You need to get an education; it might not necessarily be formal education. I educated myself by watching Instagram videos and checking what the people I look up to are doing. If you want your brand to be scandal-free, you avoid scandals. I am not saying they may not happen, but by the time you have had this informal education, you will also know how to navigate when such things happen.”
