The Importance of Rewilding Yourself
Making the switch from Head to Heart

To all the human beings, star beings and aliens alike,
This is a call to remember who you are, who we are. A call to remember why you (we) have come here, now, at this moment in "time." We could wade through the multitude of reasons why you came to live here on Planet Earth at this very beautifully challenging time, but one, in my humble opinion, there is one that is a resevoir for all of them.
And that is to Rewild yourself.
Whether you have access to nature is not an issue because this action of rewilding yourself comes from within.
It comes when you sweat out and wipe off the care you have for what others think of you (judge of you). It happens when you stop identifying with subjects, objects, brands or fashion trends and express yourself authentically without corporate sponsorship (i.e.. spiritual consumerism/bypassing). It occurs naturally when you allow the stillness of your own true essence to enter the room to ask you "how is it you truly feel? How do you truly wish to emanate your unique essence of the Love, Light and Power that you are?"
Now I want to engage you a little deeper... When was the last time you took a breath just for yourself? When was the last time you took just 1 minute for yourself? If the answer was 5 minutes ago, great! If the answer was "I don't know..." Great! give yourself that breath, that one minute, right now.
...
One of the most important actions we can take in the process of our rewildment, is the action of stillness. We can call it grounding, finding balance, or meditation. All that matters is taking moments for yourself throughout the day to check in with yourself. "How do I feel?" "Was that inspiring to me?" "Do I feel playful and creative with this?" are all questions you can bring to any moment in order to bring yourself back to yourself. (And note: it is vital to not put judgement on your answer if they are not what you want. Just wrap your answer with a big hug and make one small (or medium or big) movement towards the answer you'd like to have.)
Rewilding yourself comes when you stop allowing your Head (mind) to make decisions based off of fear and other reactionary emotions such as anger or resentment. It comes when you give your conscious awareness to your Heart and allow it to make decisions based off of love and to respond from a place of understanding and compassion. (Connecting to your heart will be another article... as we could write a whole book on it!)
Rewilding yourself happens when we are trusting and open to the flow with a healthy discernment for what is right for you in the stream that is being offered.
Rewilding yourself is what is going to save the world. Because once you rewild yourself, then your friends, colleagues, and audience will be inspired to rewild themselves, and their connections will be inspired to rewild themselves, and it will be a domino effect of rewilding across the globe! Each and every person is on their own pace of rewildment in their life and it will create great positive change in the world. It will. We need to have Optimism.
I love all of you! I want to hear from all of you! Tell me your rewilding story and we can create conscious community around sharing, seeing and being seen by one another <3
