I have as of late had a feeling as though the changes that have been taking place are going to become more profound in relation to the individual choices which each and every one of us have chosen to make. I know that there are many people in this world who have decided to take accountability for not only their current behaviors, but also remedy that which has happened in their past by delving into their own personal shadow work to transmute that which has been an emotional state of bondage, into a state of sovereign freedom.
Each and every day we all have choices we are given the opportunity to make, and when we are for instance faced with adversity, we can allow that adversity to overwhelm and distort our inner peace, or we can perceive such events as challenges that are meant to help us grow stronger in some way. Life I have learned is truly what we choose to make it, and when we allow ourselves to be victims of that which is going on around us, we are giving our personal power to external sources in exchange for that which guarantees a state of bondage, not freedom.
I have found in my own personal experiences that as I have walked my own unique path, and gone deeper into processing that which I allowed to unconsciously guide my actions and behaviors for so many years, I have gained a very real sense of personal and spiritual sovereignty which I have never known up until recently. This last year has been filled with challenges that when they arose, I had a choice, I could either dread the fact that they were occurring and allow myself to fall into a state of fear, or I could emotionally and mentally rise above such things, diving into the perceptual reflection of why they were occurring in the first place, and in so doing, I not only made it through such situations, I became much more resilient in the process, in ways that I never knew were truly possible.
This life is such a blessing to have the opportunity to experience in my opinion, because we are allowed the chance to not only make mistakes, but we are given the same chance to learn from not only our mistakes, but the mistakes of others, turning them from mistakes, into lessons, that Garner wisdom that is truly priceless, not only for ourselves, but for others who may also be able to learn from such things.
When we allow ourselves to truly experience whatever emotions that may arise, instead of numbing those emotions away, through escapism, it only serves to deepen the shadows which lie in wait in the subconscious, but when we truly feel these emotions as they arise, and learn to process them in a healthy manner, whether that be through exercise, meditation, therapy, or any numerous number of truly beneficial coping mechanisms, we become much more attuned to being emotionally regulatory individuals.
Fear is the true enemy of freedom, for we have been taught through so much conditioning that true freedom comes from amassing materials that in truth only lend to deepen our level of bondage in a way that weighs us down into a dense state of external reliance. I have learned through my own experience that as I lightened my own load of materials in my life, which resulted from having to lose everything that held material value more than once, I began to be free of the need for material possessions that aren't actually needed. Living a life that is oriented towards service to others has become my primary driving goal in this life, and the rewards from living in such a way are greater than I have ever experienced otherwise.
Carl Jung stated, "until the unconscious becomes conscious, it will lead your life, and you will call it fate", and after diving into my own subconscious patterns of conditioning, which initially resulted from my schizophrenia diagnosis being my motivating factor for pursuing true and legitimate healing, I have come to realize that true freedom is not about pursuing a path that is spiritualized, but by removing the layers of unnecessary programming that have led to so many chasing empty pursuits that we have been told will bring us the happiness that we seek.
True happiness from my experience is only gained by working through subconscious patterns, learning to regulate emotions, and once I learned to do such things, my purpose became clear, because all the distractions began to fall away, and all that was left was the true and authentic me oriented towards service to others.
Never sew seeds of darkness and expect light to bloom, for only when we til our own inner garden and remove that which was never meant to be planted in the first place, will the fruits of your labors of light be realized.
Brightest Blessings.

Knowing the path is far different in experience than walking the path. Knowledge only becomes truly useful once it is implemented in ones life, so that which I write is that which I have experienced, hopefully my words may offer solace.
