love
All you need is Love, and Love is all you need.

Walking through those white empty halls felt like levitating, but the room started to fill up and get busier as the time went by, a sense of peace followed by a rush of excitement started making its way through my body reaching my fingertips, I've never felt that way. I lifted my hand slightly all of a sudden letting that overwhelmed feeling overcome all my senses, stopping myself just in time; I wasn't allowed to touch anything.

Time, Love, and Emotions
Have you ever sat there after a long period of time and wondered to yourself why you cant stop thinking of a person; or why when you hear a song on the radio, your mind suddenly goes to a memory of that person? The body and mind never really forget anything, just hides in your subconscious.

Loving Thoughts
Being a teenager is so much fun. Being in high school is supposed to be the best four years of your life. Being 16 is so exciting. You get your license, and a job, and everything is so new. About a month after my 16th birthday, I got my first job working as a hostess at a local restaurant. Little did I know, a week after I started, I would meet the love of my life.

Attention, Please!
Most of us are guilty of "living to work" instead of "working to live". We fail to see the thin line between the two and usually suffer the consequences especially when it comes to relationships. There are many types of people who get themselves stuck in this situation. Certain people (workaholics) put their heart and soul into their jobs, naturally because they are in love with their job. It keeps them going, puts a smile on their faces every morning, and it's simply a part of who they are or who they’ve become. Therefore, they feel they don’t have any space in their lives to accommodate relationships.

A Million Reasons
There we were: standing front row at a concert for our favorite band. He had his arms wrapped around me from behind; although I had such love for the band, I couldn't focus on anything except him. He was so beautiful, his body towering over me and making me feel safe inside, despite the hundreds of people behind me pushing and shoving me towards the barricade. As annoying as this cliché is, he felt like home.

Tear Switch
When I was born I was already crying the wrong tears. You see, depending on the emotion that we’re feeling, each tear is different. Each tear holds the exact emotion that caused the tear to form. The exact feeling that flowed through your brain at the exact moment in which that beautiful little raindrop of your DNA falls down your cheek. Each tear, each emotion, has its own chemistry.

Young Love
There seems to be a stigma about people, teenagers specifically, falling love. Why is that? As a teenager myself, I never had the time to date, and now as I sit in my dorm room as a college freshman, I can guarantee that I probably won't have time to find a serious relationship this year either. Unlike me, who would rather be in my dorm all the time working on school work, reading, writing, or even binge watching anything on Netflix, a lot of college freshmen are in serious relationships. So many times have teenagers had to listen to adults tell us to slow down, that we are too young to be in a serious relationship, that we are just signing up to get our hearts broken. I just want to scream every time I hear that; isn't that the point of being with someone? Taking things too fast, falling in love too fast, and breaking up too fast. How else are teenagers supposed to grow up and move on if we don't experience our first heartbreak? Teens understand that parents want to protect us from all the evil in the world, but we need to make mistakes and have our hearts be broken over and over again, and this is something that parents shouldn't and can't protect us from forever.
