love
All you need is Love, and Love is all you need.
Believe or Not
Whenever we think about love, we think about Shakespeare, we think about all the literature and poems in the world where stories of humankind are amazingly described. We don’t have tangible things or even enough words to describe such a feeling. You just know it. You feel it inside you that something extraordinary is happening to you. Most of the time there is our friend "Music" who helps us identify that feeling and make us realize how it affects us on a daily basis. I am addicted to love and of course my partner. Love is magical and makes us function in a different way. It is something I have always experienced.

My Love Story (Part 3)
After I had my daughter, my ex moved into my apartment with my mom and I. It was the start of a new beginning. The reason why my ex moved in was because I needed help with our baby. Also, he would get the chance to be a father to our daughter. I stopped going to school for one semester to focus on my daughter and my ex was still in school and working, and also he would constantly hang out with his friends.

Never Apologize for Being YOU!
I have had so many relationships in my 27 years on this earth, but none were as hard as my most recent. It lasted for five years and nine months. The relationship started out rough. I was infatuated with this girl who happened to be someone's girlfriend at the time. I didn't care because I just wanted to be her friend, you know, get to know her. She was tall, beautiful coffee/toffee color skin, curly hair, and a smile that would make your heart stop. Now I had always had feelings for women, but this girl took the cake for me. I knew I had to have her in my life, whether it be a friend or whatever. We exchanged numbers and it all started from there. Eventually we ended up dating and I came out to my parents and they were furious. I was a preacher's child so that was a no-no in our home. So after a while my parents warmed up to her and she started coming around my family more. I was so happy and in love until I couldn't contain myself. I realized that I had been living a lie my entire life. She made me the happiest I had ever been in a very long time. We had our issues and problems but we were happy. We took road trips together, slept in the car when we didn't have enough money to stay in a hotel and eat, and so much more. I have never experienced love like I did when we were together, but if you are battling with a feeling that has been there a long time and you wonder why nothing goes right especially if it is feelings for the same sex then I say GO FOR IT! Life is too short to not enjoy it. You have to make yourself happy. Don't ever apologize for being you. You are going to be happy that you did. It was hard for me to admit it but once I did it was a breath of fresh air. I didn't have to worry about having to please anyone or make others happy, I was making myself happy. So be you, do what you want to do. If no one likes it oh well. No one likes to be unhappy, at least I don’t. I want my life to mean something and if it takes for me to be shunned away by family and friends so be it. If they can’t love you for who you are, they don’t love you at all. Don’t let people make you feel as if you are not good enough because you like what you like. If you were ever faced with the decision to either love who you want and make someone else happy I really hope you chose to love who you love! Friends will come and go, so will family but someone who you can love with all your heart and they love you back is very rare these days. Most people are just looking for the next thing to get them that good release and they go on about their business, but love real love does not come around every day, but when it does you have to grab a hold of it and don’t let go. I gave my heart to someone six years ago and although we have had our ups and downs and still do my love for her has never changed. I still see her as the same beautiful girl with the most gorgeous curls in the world. She has made me realize that you can’t make everyone happy except the person who looks back at you in the mirror. That is the only person who matters.

My Love Story (Part 2)
When I found out that I was pregnant, I was 19-years-old, attending my first year at community college and working at a daycare as a teacher’s aide. I was nowhere close to where I wanted to be in life. I was still in love with my ex. I was terrified and I had no idea what to expect. When my ex and I were trying to be friends, he opened up about how he never had feelings for me. Then all of these thoughts started popping up in my head. He strung me along in a relationship he didn't want to be in. All of those times that he had said that he ever loved me was a complete lie. Why did he beg me for another chance and made me believe that he didn't mean what he had said, if he really didn't want to be with me? More than anything, I was pissed off and said some really ugly and mean things to him.

My Love and Struggles
My love for my boyfriend is like no other love. The love I have for him is like you're floating on air. When I first met my boyfriend, it was like time just stopped and I was feeling like I knew him from somewhere before. My boyfriend and I went to high school together and became friends before we started a relationship. I will admit that we had our ups and downs during our relationship but we make it work. Right now my boyfriend and I are trying to figure out what we're going to do financially if I got pregnant again. My boyfriend has been stressing out about a lot of things but I try my best to be there for him because that's how much I love him.

My Love Story (Part 1)
When I was a sophomore in high school in my biology class, I had a lab partner, let’s call him “J”. J was new to my school and he was really quiet. He never talked to anyone that I knew. I tried to get to know him and he told me about the school that he came from. After we had changed lab partners, I never spoke to him again. We had classes and we never got placed next to each other in other classes. I never made direct contact with him again. Junior year we had algebra class together but I sat in the back and he was in the front. I remember wanting to talk to him again, but I was too scared for some reason.
