A Path
On the corner of a forgotten street a man began to pray, his prayers, in the silence, echoed, reaching every corner of the whole neighborhood. Yet it seemed his prayers went unheard. "Dear Lord," he cried into the night, "be you God or his son, listen to me, I beg, for I have fallen on hard times and those around me have deaf ears." Shaking he continued, "Here on my knees, I pray to the, in hopes my voice will not go unheard. I am no special child, but I beg for a savior." Tears began to stream down his face, " My child," he began with a shaky voice." My child has been taken, and with him his mother. My house has been burned to ashes, with it every memory of them. For days I have wandered the empty streets for every friend I had made has turned his back on me. In the truest sense I am alone."

The Little Blessing in Disguise
As I stare blankly at my computer screen trying to find the words to put on a blank page and I just can’t find the words to create anything new right now, so I load my website hoping someone liked one of my stories enough to tip me huge or even ask for a commission piece. My website fully loads and no surprise, nothing new. I refresh the page over and over again with a small chance that just one person will come across my page and tip me big. I’m so focused on refreshing that I’m interrupted by my dog’s Phoebe and Joey whining for me to let them outside. I snap back to reality and close my laptop.

I Accidentally Fell in Love With my Ex "Best Friend's" Ex-Boyfriend
Okay, I'm back; I left off at the part where I went back inside and woke up my ex "best friend's" ex-boyfriend, and I was worried our other friend had seen. I feel like I need to give the people in this story names, but of course, I need to change their identities for privacy reasons. So from now on, we're going to refer to my ex "best friend" as Gretchen. We're going to call her ex-boyfriend Ross, and his friend will be called Carl. We'll name any others that make guest appearances as we go along.

Part 1 His eyes slowly press open, panning over to the terrain around him. His cheek buried deep covered in what felt like a million specks of sand. Scotch, New York
This video was taken about 3 minutes away from where I reside. I am from Scotchtown, New York and I am a 22year old recording artist, ex ball player, current barber, and citizen of the United States. How I speak may be different. How we move may be different. When you grow up in this town, none of that matters anymore. It is a quiet town where you are to make the best of whatever situation you are in. Cant u say that about every place? Well heres the thing, Im not from every place. Im from Scotch. Yes I was born elsewhere but the knowledge I walk with today is from growing up in this area. It is impossible to claim more than one place in my situation. Regardless, The freedom of Scotch is in abundance but for some reason we all sit on the hidden treasures we possess; even if they are at the tip of our fingers. This video expresses where their mind is at. As you read more you’ll begin to understand too. I don’t recognize the people in the video ,no. I am sure we have crossed paths though. Everything in Scotch is about 3-7 minutes away from each other. It only takes minutes to link: lego bricks. In this town there is good, bad, and in between.
