humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
Commitment is not to be compromised
Hugh Mack is a famous American billionaire. He owns an old family company in Los Angeles and also owns a mansion on five acres in the suburb of Holbe Hill, which has twenty-nine guest rooms, a large game room as well as a home theater, a private winery, and of course a gym, tennis courts, and a grotto pool and four matching hospitality parlors ......

My Generation's Fatal Flaws
I'm a proud Millennial. I love the year I was born as well as appreciate my childhood experiences and up bringing. To be honest, I think every generation has it's perks and shouldn't be completely undermined, but I will not ignore the tell-tale flaws of my generation or any generation of that matter. We all have issues and instead of constantly patting each other on the back for each and everything. We also need to take a look in the mirror and see what our issues are as a collective whole. For those under the age of 40, our biggest problem is the expectation for instant gratification and the intense need to virtue signal. I see it everywhere on social media platforms and it's almost always coming from people from my generation and the generation after. I have been seeing it more mostly because of the covid vaccines that have recently come into public distribution. For the record, I respect every individual's decision to either take the vaccine or not, but (and this is a big but) the instant gratification and virtue signaling has gone too far when it comes to the covid vaccines.

The Whitewashing of Korean Artists
The fact that in the year 2020, whitewashing is still a thing…why!?! Any person whose skin is darker than eggshell is in danger of being photo-shopped. Of course, this isn’t the only thing that’s edited in photos but this discussion is very important.

2| The value of memories
Yesterday Lucy visited her university, wandering around the buildings and library where there were the best and most unforgettable memories between Mark and her. It was so peaceful to see everything was unchanged. Although she was so different, she was not as warm, sweet, pure and naive as she had been, her emotions for this place was still the same. Maybe she only needs something like that, something unchanged through ups and downs in her life.

You know how Aristotle said the gods separated us into two so we’d be less powerful? They failed with you. You are whole in one (haha! Bad pun.) Your ex boyfriend might’ve told you you were difficult to love, and we can’t say whether he was right, but you have love - are love - twice as much as most people can handle or fathom - in your own multitudes, so maybe he can keep screwing his side chick while you work on remembering the love you have in and for yourself.

Letting Go
I remember my granddaddy saying, “Austin, boy every generation needs a war to define itself. This one’s yours. You go on and sign up now. You’ll come back a man or you’ll die a hero.” The coroner told me your suicide looked like a Jackson Pollock done in gray matter. You said you would been a painter if ‘Nam hadn’t of fucked you up. Fitting you were also the bastard that told me Hitler wanted to be a painter too.

Our Brand, Our Relationship!
If you have been in a relatively long-term relationship the chances, are you have experienced some highs and lows. Although it's nice to think that you have someone with you who is on the same wavelength and is somewhat in sync with your values, the reality is we all change. The person you found yourself to be the most compatible with once upon a time is now the person whom you wish to understand better. We can't make life easier and we're not responsible for each other's happiness. We do however need to respect each other and honor our devotion and commitment. If you're not coping your partner deserves to hear that. When we don't communicate, we tend to jump to conclusions and look elsewhere for an explanation. The last thing you want your partner to do is to blame themselves simply because they have no other explanation.

Memories of the Big L
Remember that night well, clear as a spring sunrise in Montana. Slim kept buying ’em until I was under the table. Woke up the next day back in my bunk at the ranch with the worst hangover of my life. Haven’t been able to say his name since. Just call him the Big L in my mind.
