The Opportunity to Help Healthcare Heroes
I just work HR. It’s not very glamorous. All day long I help the company process paperwork. Today, I did 3 leave forms, payroll, helped with tuition reimbursement for 2 nurses, put in schedules for traveler nurses, and filled out lots of forms for helping medical staff with work comp in case of Covid quarantining. I help to ensure they get paid and get their benefits to support their families. Sometimes I screw up. But sometimes I am glad I am there to help.

Sleepless in The Couve
As darkness falls and the sun sets , most people turn in for a good night's rest. While I do some nights theres no doubt in the fact that my sleep habits are not good and leave me yearning for more sleep as my alarm beeps and the sun rises to give golden kisses.

I Really Miss Who I Used To Be
I’m a recent college graduate - go noles - stuck in her childhood bedroom, running with the same social circle I had my senior year of high school doing the same things we did back then. Everything, yet nothing, has changed. Seventeen-year-old me wouldn't recognize twenty-year-old me if we walked past each other on the street, despite the fact that, save for five tattoos, we look physically the same. It’s everything else that’s different.

Rem sleep.
I love and must have my rem sleep. I hate it when I am experiencing rem sleep, and while I am having beauty sleep I have nightmares superbad, someone else may refer to my nightmare as a night terror because it is a nasty horrible bad dream. I love it when my rem sleep yields sweet dreams, much more pleasant. My new years' resolution goal is to get rem sleep, maintain a sleep regimen of going to bed between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm, to wake up six to eight hours later in the morning. I love my beauty sleep, without it, I am worse than a grizzly bear, nor am I a morning person without adequate rem sleep.
