Supreme Friendship: What We Can Learn From "Buddies" Ginsburg and Scalia.
Having friends with different ideologies can be beneficial because it allows you to learn and grow as a person. When you interact with people who have different viewpoints, you are exposed to new ideas and ways of thinking. This can help you to see things from different perspectives and can lead to a greater understanding and appreciation of different viewpoints. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Antonin Scalia may have been on opposite ends of the political spectrum, but that didn't stop them from developing a close personal friendship during their time on the Supreme Court.

Why God Doesn't Answer
I have often wondered why even small plans I make do not succeed. God could have given me that job. He could have helped me if He really loved me. We often think on these lines, don't we? We have a lot of questions we want God to answer much like Job had when he went through crisis untold. He suffered greatly and when his patience ran out, he began to address the Lord of the universe asking for insight into His ways and for an understanding of why He had allowed the events that had plunged his life into darkness.

The Night Shift
The Night Shift is both the time slot of a 24-hour work operation that occurs between sunset and sunrise, and it is the crew that works during that time slot. Mostly, people wind down to sleep during the night-time, although many consider that to be the time to seek fun and revelry in many forms. But, work patterns are the major driver of people who work by night and sleep during the day.

Should one be happy at the death of an enemy?
When the Indian army killed the leader of Hizbul Mujahideen in 2019, I received a text message from a friend saying, “today is our Diwali at the office.” I confusingly asked why she texted back, saying, “the army killed the terrorist in Kashmir.” Celebrating the death of an enemy has been very common among the warring tribes in history, such as a special dance, the Attan, performed after the enemy’s defeat among the Pashtun communities. Attan has found its way into modern wedding ceremonies and other joyous occasions. In 2011, when announcing the death of Osama bin Laden President Obama was able to contain his happiness. But Donald Trump’s announcement of the end of al Baghdadi accompanied his excessive joy and use of derogatory words like “he died like a dog.” In both cases, many Americans celebrated the death of the US’s top enemies with wine and dance outside the White House.

We Are Tribal in Nature, Fighting For Resouces
I saw something the other day that made me think about this topic. LeBron James has a show on HBO Max called, The Shop. He usually has a number of current and former NBA players on it, along with athletes from other sports, actors or actresses, just a diverse number of people sitting around the barbershop and chatting.

Is the ‘Islamic State’ a spent force?
The Islamic State (IS), also known as ISIS, ISIL, or Da’esh, is most notorious for its crimes against indigenous people and miniroties in the Middle East. The atrocities committed were barbaric. Opponents of IS such as the Kurdish Peshmerga, Iraqi forces, and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) backed by the international coalition are fighting the proto-terror-state. This resulted in IS losing territory to its opponents and ultimately to the death of Abu Baker Al-Baghdadi in a U.S special operation in northern Syria in 2019. Nevertheless, the Islamic State keeps following its agenda of radicalization and its fighters are active in different parts of the globe, particularly on the African continent and in South East Asian countries, where threats such as assassinations, bombing, and lone wolf attacks and ransoms. Most recently, authorities and experts raised their concerns regarding the future of IS. Hence, this paper sheds light on to what degree the current activities of IS keep terrorizing its target populations. Moreover, it is an appeal to the international community to pay attention to the concerns because IS reconstructing and gaining authority again could pose a threat to the world.
