humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
Sleep weight loss connection.
It is true that getting enough quality sleep can aid in weight loss. When we don't get enough sleep, our bodies produce more ghrelin, a hormone that triggers hunger. Additionally, lack of sleep can also lead to an increase in cortisol, a hormone that can cause the body to store more fat. Getting enough sleep can help regulate these hormones and make it easier to maintain a healthy weight. However, it is important to note that weight loss also depends on a balance of healthy eating and regular physical activity.

I forgive u.
I asked my sister to leave! All my younger years I admired my oldest sister,(7 years older than me). Would do anything for her, loved her with all my heart. She did grow up with us, she grew up with our grandparents but we were still around each other often. I have four sisters. One older and three younger than me. Me being the second eldest things weren’t all auger and spice , no, I was treated differently no doubt about it. And by everyone. But that was when I was much younger and would probably just be in everyone’s way anyways.

"Silience"
I’ve been reading John Koenig’s Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows. I think it may come to be one of my favorite and most-revisited books of all time. It has given me a new lexicon for life, which has somehow been a balm for the soul; a reminder that my complicated emotions are not unique to me and that we – humanity – are all in this thing together, holding on for dear life as best we can.
