friendship
C.S Lewis got it right: friendship is born when one person says to another: "What! You too? I thought I was the only one!"

sometimes
I just want to take a minute to pass on a message to the one that made me who I am. It’s good to be you. you are different. you are your own person. you are one of a kind. you are exclusive. you are UNIQUE. you are perfect. Sadly Sometimes, you gotta fall before you fly. Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going. Keep fighting, even when it feels useless. The greater your trial, The greater the victory. it's not the size of the wolf in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the wolf. Nobody will know you’re a Star unless you decide to Shine! Be who you want to be, not what others want to see. Be true. Be unique. Be free. Stand your ground. Even if it means standing ALONE. Never be afraid to speak your voice if you know what you're saying is right. Always Be Yourself. You are special and unique in your own ways. Never change for someone. If they can't accept you, then they don't deserve you.Don't let anyone tell you that you're not good enough, you were created as you and no one can take that away from you, because you are you and you are unique. Be proud of your scars, they just mean you survived! Own it, live it, love it. Don’t be ashamed of who you are. don't let anyone tell you aren't good enough. prove them wrong. show them just how amazing you are. Words can’t even explain how much You inspire me everyday, to overcome the things that seem the hardest.don't be afraid to try, you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Remember- amateurs built the Ark, professionals built the Titanic. Don't let haters bring you down. Let your haters become your motivators. you have to believe in yourself, because when everybody around you is telling you negative things. your gonna have to be the one to pick yourself up. Don't allow one person to tear you down, don't allow one person to ruin your day, don't allow one person to hurt you, allow that one person to make you stronger. Never settle for anything but the best, refuse to be anything but happy, and surround yourself with those who make you laugh.. Never allow yourself to be defined by someone else's opinion of you... Always be a priority never an option! Demand respect, you deserve it! If you're not worth their effort, they're not worth your time!!! Let me repeat myself girl. It’s good to be you. you are different. you are your own person. you are one of a kind. you are exclusive. you are UNIQUE. you are perfect. Sadly Sometimes, you gotta fall before you fly. Girl Unknown
There once was a girl who had huge hopes & dreams. Every day her imagination would soar to the most exciting places. As a child, she could sense her differences from the other kids. Small things, mostly. Nothing that seemed noticeable or odd to anyone else. The other children enjoyed being friends with her, but she couldn't claim; that she had a best friend. She enjoyed going to school. There was not much that she wasn't eager to learn about; plus, there was the bonus of seeing her friends, which she rarely saw outside of classes. It didn't take her very long to realize that she was exceptionally smarter than her peers & was quickly labeled the "teacher's pet." She would giggle along with the others and pretend that the teasing didn't bother her even though, deep down, it hurt. What an odd thing to get teased about; certainly, everyone wants to be smart. No matter. Better to be proud of who you are than hiding in shame.

What Could Have Been
This story is based on true events. Names of participants are changed to protect their identity. ***** In mid 1990s, Tatiana, a smart and attractive young woman from Ukraine (a classical “Slavic” beauty, as many would describe her), was a graduate student at a Midwestern American university. In one of her MBA classes, she met a fellow graduate student Terrell, who looked very much like Denzel Washington. She liked him at first sight. They worked together on a couple of group projects, and Tatiana liked him even more for his smarts. She was admiring and longing for him, suffering in silence for about two months, and then confided in her Indian friend, a fellow graduate student.

I promise you.

Soul Connections
I always think about interactions with people or why they act the way they do. I myself usually try not to act immediately even when angered. From past experience I know this doesn't bring the best outcomes, but more than likely regrets. Regardless, I still feel the pain of negative interactions with friends and think about them much when they do occur. My intention is never to hurt anyone in any way, so it causes me many thoughtful moments when these happen.
