family
Family unites us; but it's also a challenge. All about fighting to stay together, and loving every moment of it.
Excuse me!
"To briefly introduce myself, hello everyone, I am SSG - an abbreviation of my name. In this write-up, I am going to share my college life story with you. I have many friends, and some of them are really great friends. It's an emotional and sad story with a lot of happy memories, and we are trying to grow together and be the person our parents and we want to be. Deep down, we want to be together and enjoy ourselves, so as you read through this, you will get a glimpse of what it's like when six friends from different backgrounds and with different mindsets come together and be themselves."

Lose Weight After Having a Baby
Tip 1: Be patient and realistic The first thing to remember is that losing weight after having a baby takes time and patience. Don't expect to bounce back to your pre-pregnancy weight overnight or even in a few weeks. Your body has gone through a lot of changes and needs time to heal and adjust. According to the Mayo Clinic, it may take six months or more to return to your pre-pregnancy weight, depending on how much you gained during pregnancy and how active you were before and after delivery.

Different Colors, Different Theories!
Why the different colors used for different suits? When imagining a prisoner, you might think of them wearing an orange jumpsuit. This is true, but it wasn't always like this originally. Options in the U.S were wearing uniforms with black and white stripes. In the early 20th century, things started to change and switching these colors to something else was supposed to cut off the association with gangs. Orange jumpsuits appeared in the 70s- when inmates started being transported outside more often. They're also used when an inmate wants to make themselves more visible to guards or other inmates- they can't blend in as easily when wearing striking orange.

Why Meditate?
In recent years, meditation has grown in popularity, and for good cause. According to research, daily meditation can improve mental health by easing the symptoms of stress, despair, and anxiety. According to a study that was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, mindfulness meditation can be just as effective in treating the signs and symptoms of depression as antidepressant drugs.

Finding freedom through forgiveness
Right before the Covid shutdown, I went to a Mindvalley Live event and learned about the Quantified Self-movement, which has been gaining a lot of popularity. This is a biohacking practice of using measurements and metrics to improve your well-being and they have moved this practice into studying meditation.
