Journey to a Forest party
3 weeks ago an English friend of mine -actually he's more of an acquaintance as opposed to a friend- Jack (not Daniels), invited me to a random illegal forest party hidden within the trees of Hampstead Heath. I live miles away from there so it took an eternity to get to my destination, to make matters worse I couldn't use my mobile data making it even more difficult in finding the exact location, the journey just begun and already it seemed bleak and hopes of finding the place was slowly fading away. Hope was restored momentarily when I happened to by chance come across a public Wi-Fi spot. Once tethered to the Cafe's hotspot, I took screenshots of the planned journey using the Google Maps app. The clock struck 12am, there was complete darkness as far as the eyes could see ( I could just about see 2 feet in front of me) and there was an eerie substance in the air. After about 10 minutes of strenuous walking I felt a cold shiver run down the back of my spine. It was probably the most chilling sensation I had ever felt. You know the saying right? when in danger your fight or flight response kicks in?... yeah, well it so happened that both my feet were frozen like fish fingers from Iceland, I was determined to find a safer route (the flight response) albeit my feet had other plans (the fight response). It was almost as if I was in a trance, mindlessly walking towards a doomed destination.

I Feel You, Bruh
Dan THE man, I didn't know how to reach you. Who the hell am I kidding? I won't trip. I just couldn't find the courage to say the three words I needed to, and say them the way I wanted to. See, I had to make amends, be honest with myself, and then I tried to be honest with you. I was stopped but this letter won't be. There's nothing they can do to hurt us anymore. By the time you read this, I'll have been deployed, and you'll be happier than you ever imagined you could be, without me. Remember the lyrics you sent me (you're fucking obsessed with Alanis, boy! I thank God I had some influence on the music you love)? Well, I support your decision to move on. At least I'm not trapped anymore. Stuck in my old ways where I would've found every reason to hate the separation only because you weren't supposed to be mine, but the worlds.

True Tales Around the Campfire
We all have situations in our lives that we are lucky to have survived. As we get older, we look back on our lives and get more willing to talk about things. I'm no different. These are the type tales I tell around a campfire sometimes.

All of them. If you are a guy, you can infer from the picture above what I mean. Okay, on to the topic. I will never understand why it is seen as bad for me or anyone to prefer a certain type of woman.

At a Chinese Bank with Ms. Wang and her middle-aged manager
I sat across the table from the accountant, a lady in maroon and blue uniform. I can’t see her face because of the mask, and I wonder if she was smiling underneath the cover, or if she would be relieved from having to show any facial expression. There are two other ladies right next to her desk in identical uniforms and similar glasses. I’m starting to have a hard time differentiating them - even their headbands are the same.
