How to fix state of mind
In my opinion, the change to Chakra becoming a nearly permanent state made some things increase in value (our T11 4 piece bonus) and it made some things decrease in value (State of Mind). Chakra still comes along with a 30 second cooldown, so if you happen to enter the wrong state by accident, you would still need to wait for that 30 seconds to be up before you could choose another one. Having points in State of Mind would reduce the cooldown by a pretty marginal amount and would still leave you with a bit of a wait on your hands, in order to correct that mistake or if you simply just needed to change states because your situation has changed.

The fact that I am a 55-year-old person should not factor in anyone’s view of me, yet it will. The fact that I am a person of Caucasian descent should not factor into anyone’s view of me, yet it will. The fact that I am an American should not factor into anyone’s view of me, yet it will. The fact that I believe in Jesus Christ and that he is the Messiah should not factor into anyone’s view of me, yet it will. The fact that I am a male should not factor into anyone’s view of me, yet it will. The fact that I do not think as you, should not factor into anyone’s view of me, yet it will. The fact that I do not have the same beliefs as you should not factor into anyone’s view of me, yet it will. My actions and MY actions alone should factor into anyone’s view of me, but many will allow preconceived biases to shape their judgment of me. And before anyone asks, What about speech? I would put that under actions as much as writing. When you express your thoughts and beliefs, that is an action, as much as physical actions are.
