Strive to Keep Doing Your Best
Strive to keep doing your best

When I was 21, I was promoted to the youngest department head in the company and started running the quality department.
Working with a team of subordinates who are much older and more experienced than me every day is stressful. The most difficult part is that I lack experience and qualifications, and I have to deal with various problems and promote the improvement of various projects in various difficult departments.
Every morning I wanted to jump off a building. But the ability will not be in a hurry, so, the only thing I can do well is to adjust the state, and let myself be full of spirit and enthusiasm to go to work.
Whenever blocked, I said to myself: it doesn't matter, hold on a little longer, try again. Gradually, it changed for the better.
After LEAVING THE ORIGINAL COMPANY, ONCE, GET together WITH the old colleagues, chat about the past, VERY curious, THEY THEN HOW CAN SUPPORT ME THIS THREE WITHOUT (no educational background, no experience, NO BACKGROUND) the work OF PERSONNEL? Answer: Your persistence and enthusiasm.
'At that time, we were unconvinced and deliberately gave you embarrassment and difficulties,' he said. We always bet that the next day, you'd give up. You didn't. Every morning when I see you, I'm full of energy and enthusiasm, as if I've never been hit. I've lost a lot of meals for that. I was infected by your persistence and enthusiasm and slowly changed my attitude. I see.
Later, after working in a variety of positions and having been honed in several jobs and positions, I had the opportunity to work as a general manager in a company.
This time, I was faced with a bigger challenge than ever before: the company was located in a relatively small city on the mainland, and there was not a single employee with relevant experience, only a manager who had done similar products.
So I had to take a group of new graduates with me every day and divide them into technical, quality, and production teams to train and produce on the production line. For more than half a year, I was busy until two o 'clock in the morning before I could leave the workshop. In the morning, I will explain the relevant knowledge according to the problems of the previous day and the needs of the site on the day.
When the company got on the right track, it changed to half a day of training for all staff every week. I wrote all the textbooks according to the cases in the company. So, has persisted for three years. Harvest: I led the company from the daily waste industry recruits, with a dark horse posture in this field, the company obtained tens of millions of yuan of venture capital one and a half years later. Another benefit is that my textbooks were selected by Tsinghua University and published as books. Today, Dangdang has become a best seller.
After I left the company, many friends and former colleagues asked me, "Are you tired of doing this?" "Is it worth it?"
My answer: "Tired!" "Value!" This is my honest opinion and opinion. I always feel that the work has not been tiring, has not gone all out, has not had the feeling of exhaustion, has not been passionate, thoroughly done, is a pity, and even a failure. Especially for a man who spends a third or more of his life at work, I find it strange how many people complain about work and avoid it.
Work and family are two pillars that support almost our whole life, that is to say, work is another basis for whether the family is happy or not. In a sense, a person who is not fully engaged in his work will not be fully engaged in the care and protection of his family when he leaves the work site. Being responsible and committed is a skill that we all need to get ahead in the workplace and create a happy family.
If you can understand my ideas, you will understand why I am so persistent and indomitable in doing a good job, advancing a thing, and improving a project. When the work week is over, no matter where it is, no matter how late it is, no matter how big something happens, whether I'm driving or flying, I have to rush home to be with my family.
Regret, if you can prevent it, try not to let it embedded in your work, not to let it climb on the windowsill of your happiness cabin. The next best thing is if you can't eliminate them, at least you can't indulge them. Strive to be the best at what should be done well. If anything, it's probably the most valuable thing I've learned in the 36 years I've been on this earth.
