Strawberries and Cream
On weekends, I occasionally like to treat myself to dessert. If you’ve never made whipped cream from scratch before, you’re in for a treat! One of my favorite ways to lighten whipped cream is to whip it up and fold it in some Greek yogurt. It gives it a slight tang, which is wonderful with fruit, and cuts down on the fat and calories. Perfect for a quick and easy dessert, or try them in crepes or on Yogurt Waffles.

The creamy 0% Fat Greek yogurt is the perfect choice if you’re trying to reduce your fat intake. Plus, it’s high in protein and has live active cultures.
