Spring is the perfect occasion for change, regeneration, new decisions, in which you feel that the sun outside can help you not to miss those resolutions you made at the beginning of the year and decide that it would be good to do some things for you.

Of course, it's nice to go out, dance, or walk with your partner or friends, pamper yourself and give you small gifts, but this is just a way to celebrate the start of the season. The decisions you make in your favor are more likely to be fulfilled when the weather outside urges you to take action.

Below are eight tips to start a new, healthier, and more disciplined lifestyle, in which you are in the first place.

1. Detox of clothes and people!

Get ready for a wardrobe detox, but also for people who don't motivate you, slow you down, or whose presence doesn't do you any good. Just like in the closet you have clothes that you don't wear, but you keep them because you have them for a long time or you think that they will fix their defects or that you will change your silhouette and it will come to you, so leave them to gather dust and static energy, there are people in your life who you know for a long time or to whom you feel indebted and whom you often endure or tolerate, even though you feel like I'm pulling you down, charging you, wasting your time talking nothing or trying to lure you into situations or stories that are unrelated to who you are and what you want.

People who gossip, who always complain about something, who don't enjoy your success, who always need something, and who, as you offer them, ask for even more. You don't feel guilty if you decide to lose weight if you don't break ties with them directly.

For a beautiful and happy life, you need to surround yourself with people who like you, urge you to grow and evolve, give you good ideas and encourage you, people who are on the same wavelength with you, who give you a state of good.

Clothes are relatively simple: throw them away or donate them and make room in the wardrobe for new ones. It's a little more difficult with people, but you don't have to be just as drastic or feel guilty for not trying to listen to them or help them solve the endless problems they generate on their own.

They are toxic, so-called energy vampires, and yours is not infinite. Some may be colleagues or relatives, so you'll see them again. Try as much as possible to find activities that exclude them, without feeling offended when you avoid them. Slowly, slowly, you will make new friends or you will be able to enjoy the time gained for you.

If you care about them and feel that their condition depends on you, then you need to understand that by giving them advice or solving their problems you are holding them in place and holding on to you. The best help and motivation you can give someone is your example. Focus on yourself and you will set a positive example for them.

2. Look for timely solutions to the problems that are bothering you!

Do you want a new job? Start looking for ads and opportunities and learn what you need to know to be the best option for the employer in the field you want. Do you want a new silhouette? Make time to exercise and try to eat regularly, respecting healthy principles.

Do you want to travel? Put money aside and study the tourist offers. Do you want to renovate your house? Also, learn to save and do not try to fool yourself by saying that you do not have enough money anyway. Each lion set aside means a cornerstone for an amount that will grow, slowly, perhaps, but surely. Look for less expensive options, such as replacing decorations or textiles, not all furniture.

Want to learn something new? Enroll in courses or study online. Carefully analyze the situation. Most of the time, things that seem impossible are, in fact, very close to us and only the negative attitude keeps them at a distance. Don't take Nu in your arms. Most of the events in your life depend on you. Even if you can't change them, your attitude towards them is what makes the difference.

3. Enjoy what you have!

Learn to be grateful for what you are good at in life. It is a feeling that triggers the feeling of fulfillment, of joy and that will attract other good things. Don't think that it is only your merit for what you have achieved, even if you have worked hard for everything you have.

Even if you are not a religious person, you have to admit that you could not get what you already have if you did not have intuition, health, patience, hard work, the right circumstances. Sometimes we get good things in life seemingly by accident, being in the right place at the right time.

It can be career collaborations, love stories, events that help us better understand what we want and how we can get it, all of which have appeared in our lives without them.

4. Make short-term plans!

Don't let yourself be carried away by the wave, waiting for time to pass to see what happens next. Live the present to the fullest and decide for yourself. Don't wait for the things you want to happen, try to make them happen. Inertia and routine are good when you need rest. Otherwise, ask what you want and strive to get where you want to go.

Don't get frustrated by the lack of things you want, but make plans to reach them in small steps. If you have 10 pounds to lose weight, focus on the first two. If you have to clean the bedroom, focus on the first drawer. If you have to buy ingredients for dinner and gifts for the upcoming holidays, take them one at a time.

If you want to start jogging, start with long walks, at an increasingly fast pace, wearing, of course, appropriate footwear. Do you want to start using the stationary bike for the purpose for which it was purchased? Start with a quarter of an hour, at the lowest level of intensity. Continue to add 5, 10 minutes of cycling until you reach the time you set.

5. Give what you want to receive!

People are reflections in our mirror. If we smile and are relaxed, those around us will also be better off in response. If someone is talking loud, nervous, thoughtless, agitated, think that their attitude may be caused by a personal problem that you do not know, and do not rush to judge or label him as unbearable.

Talk to them calmly, smile at them the way you want them to talk to you. Do you want to receive words of encouragement, support, time with your loved ones? Give it first! How much does it cost you to make a compliment, a sincere one? Identify what you like about your interlocutor, but honestly, it can only be a bright look or an energizing mood, not necessarily an object or a detail. Tell him what you like.

He will enjoy it, and you will generate positive energy and optimism around you. Do you want family members to help you with your household chores? Help them too! Offer to share with them what they have to do, to finish faster, then you can ask for help. Learn to ask out loud what you want, not everything is self-evident to those around you, as you might get the impression.

6. Spring cleaning changes your mood

First of all, it is very satisfying and relaxing to stay in very clean, dust-free, uncluttered, and uncluttered spaces. Mentally, you will feel very good knowing that the order in the cabinets, the library, the closet is no longer on the list of things marked with DONE. Physically, cleaning is a kind of cardio, which means that endorphins will appear.

You can delegate to others things you don't feel like or are too tired to do, but in your things, such as in the area of ​​cosmetics, accessories, clothes, and jewelry, documents, souvenirs, or other personal items you are the only one who knows how and where things should be. You can already show off cardigans, trench coats, ballerinas and suede or textile shoes, colorful scarves, thinner dresses.

You can show dear objects that motivate you and remind you of happy moments or wishes that will be fulfilled, of course, with your help.

7. Have healthy passions!

By paying attention to the things we admire seemingly involuntarily, we realize and identify what we want.

Do you admire passionate dance scenes in movies? Why not sign up for a tango class? Tango is a dance that many believe for lovers or, better said, for lovers. The truth is that if you enroll in a tango class, a good teacher will not let you dance with your life partner from the beginning.

It is a dance that helps you individually to be more open, to know yourself better, to have more confidence in yourself and people, not a dance in which you conquer or regain your partner. You can be a good dance partner after realizing that well-being is something you give yourself and should not depend on others.

Then you will be able to make room for others with you, from peer to peer, then you can create complicated relationships, beautiful partnerships, collaborations. Tango is therapy, beyond art and foreplay.

Do you admire the feeling of freedom given by swimming, sailing, horseback riding, flying, or, on the contrary, diving? Why not try, at least once, to see how you feel? Maybe you like it enough to adopt any of these sports as occasional treats that will give you balance and energy for the other areas of your life.

Do you admire people who eat healthily, stop smoking, make time for many actions? They also started with the first step. There doesn't have to be a long way to go from thought to action.

Try a smoothie or salad recipe with more than five ingredients for a start, continue with postponing smoking for an hour, where you have water on hand and drink in small sips, then reduce the number of cigarettes and offer weekly rewards for each cigarette you gave up.

If you smoked 10 cigarettes a day and now you only smoke 9, this week you deserve to give yourself that expensive and luxurious lipstick that you have always admired in commercials. Start wearing it every day and you will see that it will be harder for you to see how it leaves marks on cigarettes when you know how much it cost.

The next week, when you reach 8, give yourself a state-of-the-art facial as a gift. Yes, one is more expensive and innovative than the usual ones. After the beautician will explain to you how your tobacco abuse has affected your skin and after you will see that you still have a chance to look magnificent and better and better if you take more care of yourself, it will be more and more the easier it is to gradually replace the addiction to the gesture of smoking with other, healthier gestures, such as optimal hydration every day, walking, communication with others without the need for a cigarette for socializing.

Continue organizing goals and giving up procrastination, identifying the moments that keep you in place and making you forget what you set out to do, and postponing the latter. You can check what else is happening on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest and after you finish completing the file you are working on, the report, or the presentation. You can do whatever you want after you've done what needs to be done.

8. Test before you buy!

Would you like to have a dog or a cat? How about first seeing how you get along with an animal and how responsible you are? Offer to host the pet of some friends when they go on vacation or the weekend, or to walk their dog occasionally.

Socialize with a street animal, there are many stray puppies and kittens that you could fall in love with if you pay attention to them. Last but not least, you can visit adoption centers or specific fairs. In vain do you officially like animals, if you find that you are allergic to hair or that you fail to provide them with a minimum of daily attention, apart from regular food?

Would you like a makeover? If it's a radical one, such as switching from brunette to blonde or from very long hair to short hair, it may not be enough that you've processed a picture with a program or application on sites with beauty products and it looks good to you. You can borrow a wig and wear it for at least a whole day, to test how you feel and what reactions you arouse with the new image.

Would you like to enter a toning or weight loss program in centimeters with the help of high-performance devices or with anti-cellulite massage? There are indeed a number of offers at beauty centers, but before purchasing a package, try the type of treatment it contains in an individual session. It may hurt, displease, create a state of discomfort and you may not be able to endure that condition for 10–15 sessions.
