Self-Care Challenge
Something I am challenging myself to accomplish

Lately, I've been reflecting a lot on the importance of self-care. It has been recommended to me by someone I greatly admire, that I need to take more time for myself. Between juggling work, taking care of the kiddos, and managing life with my partner, I often find myself putting everyone else’s needs first and neglecting my own. It's a challenge I know many of us face, especially when life gets so busy. It got me thinking about how easy it is to overlook self-care when you’re constantly on the go. It wasn’t until I had to slow down that I realized how important taking care of yourself truly is. Especially when you're trying to raise little humans.
So, after some thought, I decided to take some action. For the month of March, I have created a self-care challenge for myself. My goal is to prioritize my own health and happiness, even if it’s just in small ways each day. I’m going to post about it on my Instagram and Facebook page to hold myself accountable- and I want to invite others to join me. Let’s see how many of us can make time for ourselves in March, no matter how busy life gets!

I also thought that by writing about it, I'd actually force myself to do everything on the list. Ha, ha, go Chloe. I got myself there.
If you don't want to follow me on social media, I will be posting my self-care challenge on here as well. Because now that I have gotten back into the habit of writing again, it is like I cannot stop.

- Take a well deserved nap
- Practice 10 minutes of stretching
- Declutter one area of your home
- Ask for help with something
- Make a smoothie
- Donate

- Use a face mask “SPA DAY”
- Drink just water for today
- Clean your bedroom
- Try a new hobby
- Go for a walk
- Listen to a new podcast
- Try something out of your comfort zone

- Take a bubble bath
- Create a new playlist
- Avoid social media for the day
- Wear comfy clothes
- Dress up fancy, even if you have no place to go
- Watch an inspirational video

This challenge is quite personal to me as a lot of these I do practice when I have time but as I've been struggling with general life woes at the moment, I decided to turn my pain into something beautiful.
