Respect Doesn't Always Mean Talking Out of Love

There's a reason why all of us love to live in an unhealthy world.

A week ago, as I was walking through an art gallery exhibition, I saw a couple fighting over the meaning of the portrait.

The soft portrait had splashes of white, orange, and yellow color. The name of the painter "Salvador Dali" speaks of the missing shapes in the picture.

The visitors who passed through the couple saw an uneasy tension hanging in the air. Many people would stop and rethink about getting the couple to land on a conclusion.

I thought the same. The man started shouting, "Is that how you have respect for me?"

The women kept quiet. Flyaways kept distracting her, but she didn't even bother to tuck them behind her ears.

She went outright of the exit door. The man kept standing there like he suddenly realized the voice he exclaimed spoke louder than his reach.

Stages of respect

Respect is an invention of people who want to cover up the empty place where love should be." - Leo Tolstoy.

Most of us think that to give respect means to take respect. There's no such give and take in respect.

In a study by Inc, 50% of the population knows the dollar rate, but few know how to treat people according to their age and likeliness. Respect and love come under the same woven piece of cloth.

To learn to respect is an art only a few know to master.

The thing is, when you start respecting people, there comes a time when you think people weren't worthy of your respect all along.

All because "you think."

It leaves us to set boundaries for love and respect and continue on the same flow with everyone.

The world is a guilty place. Most of the guilt we have in our lives is because we failed to predict the future. With the help of the above chart, it's easier to play with your emotions, so none gets damaged.

2021s version of love

In a neutral condition, love is the exact opposite of peace and tranquility. Love blooms in all the wild places.

For example, if you forbid your child to eat grapefruit because it's too acidic to damage his lungs, it's love. Because you thought to save your son from getting into acidic problems, however, it's only loved for you and not for your son. But anyone who is of your age would agree that this is care and love.

A decade ago, love wasn't easier to achieve. Anyone who was loved much was a damn lucky person. Since then, love became hard to achieve, and hatred became easier to win over.

In this era of covid, we are labeling anything as love. Why?

Millions of people being confined in their homes realized the importance of speaking 2–3 good sentences. Hatred walls started lowering down, and people were once again united.

A famous philosopher said: why does it always take pandemics for people to get into their senses?

It takes death and fear to get us on the right path. Otherwise, we are too good to change our direction in life.

What other things mean as respect

As we are shrinking through generations, serving has become hard. The most we can do no is leave a good impact on this world. Everything is uncertain, but loving and showing respect never is.

R-E-S-P-E-C-T, is important. But what other things mean as respect, exactly?

Let's explore this a bit more, shall we? Here are a few things we can do to show respect

Respect mental boundaries: 75% of people don't even know about mental boundaries. But to live in this world, it's our responsibility to rescue a brain and see its understanding capability. If a person isn't even in the mood to understand, respect his mental boundaries and don't rush.

Address mistakes with kindness: It's okay if you meet someone who isn't skilled as you're. Remember that if you hinder a person now, maybe you'll miss the opportunity of ever helping someone in need; the world is getting more compact with YouTube but not a physical mentor to teach them.

Love in the present: Some people say that discussing the past leads to the refreshing of memories. It works, but not in most cases. If you want to love someone, make sure to discuss the present and the future. Think about what you could waste if you keep thinking and remembering the past; you'll get your answer.

Acknowledge be thankful: Remember listening to all these people who say sorry and thank you as an organized habit? Yes, because these people already knew that saying thank you and sorry is free of cost and increases your respect criteria.

Final takeaways:

What's so great about respect anyway? Why does it matter in the grand scheme of things?

Without respect, we lose heart at things. Everyone is due respect under being a human being.

However, leaving us with the opportunity that it's upon us to see everything with love and respect. If someone is rude enough, take it as a good gesture. Everyone has their way of love.

Our world has a total of 7900000000 people, making it 7900000000 ways of showing love.

How many ways of love you know now?
