If you often feel heavy and tired in your life, be honest with yourself and check whether you are carrying too many worthless and unnecessary things. For example, some things have been long past, but from time to time they flash in your mind and stir up waves in your heart; successes, failures, pains and worries are deeply hidden in your heart, always making yourself carry invisible shackles; constantly pursuing many things - status, power, wealth.

Take stock of what you have now, throw away those extra burdens, old fears, old chains, let go of anything you "don't deserve" to carry, forget about things you shouldn't remember, including worry, frustration, defeat, depression, stress, and so on. You will find that your mind will be freed from entanglements, ties, and the need to be in a carefree state.

In a carefree state, outside distractions will not affect you, and you will live a more relaxed and faster life.
