Hello everyone, I’m starting this blog for many reasons , mainly on expanding my own knowledge on how to write a blog (lol) but what my blogging goal is, is to tap into and talk about Health and Hygiene. Now, I’m not talking about the common sense hygiene like washing your hands after you use the rest room. Sure, We all know this (for the most part) I’m talking about after using a toilet you don’t just use paper you actually jump in the shower and wash your bum or use a special tool that sprays water, Yup! You guessed it! right were it's needed. I can’t believe how many people here in my town that I’ve spoken to about this (to some) sensitive topic that simply have no idea what a second toilet is! (Vide)
It is crazy to me how in so called “third world countries”even in the poorest areas they have these second toilets. Here in California I’ve only seen this in a chevron gas station in China town. A friend of mine went to a fancy hotel and was introduced to this funny looking shower head attachment to the toilet. After then is when she purchased one and installed in her home. Her opinion of it she said was "very impressive and works quite well! Makes me feel so confident and Clean."
So my question is why is this not common sense for most? Toilet paper really doesn’t clean without irritating from using the whole dang roll to wipe! So, why not just use some hot soapy water? Why are we sending our kids off to school with these mud bums? You know that your 5 year old can’t wipe properly, wouldn’t it be better, safer, healthier to teach them how to use this system?
I was speaking to someone about this topic and I was a bit concerned when their answer was this. "Arn't bums suppose to be dirty?" You can probably guess what my answer to this one was. In my opinion I feel better, I’m sick less often, I’m at a healthier weight since I’ve started using this system. Yes! I said healthier weight! Hydrotherapy plays a huge role in staying at a healthy weight. both internally and externally and at varying temperatures, for health purposes. Also known as water therapy or "water cures," hydrotherapy includes such therapeutic treatments as saunas, steam baths, foot baths, contrast therapy, sitz baths, and colonic cleansing. Are we seeing the cleaner picture, yet?
As I really wanted to research this touchy topic, it was a bit odd that nothing really popped up! I mean Nothing! No history of the Vide tool or who invented it. You can find it to purchase at some hardware stores, I just never see it being advertised. All I ever see is commercials on best quality Toilette paper. So, its no wonder why so many don't use this method.
What are your thoughts on this second toilet idea? Do you think it is better, proper hygiene? Do you think these tools should automatically come installed in our homes, schools, offices and gas station bathrooms? Do you think we should teach our children this form of proper hygiene at a really young age? I hope you said yes to the above question! Water is pure. Water is healing. Water is healthy.Water is life.
I hope you enjoyed this article an if so you might enjoy my other Articles "what-really-works" and of course one of my stories includes Water "Water Birth." I just cant share enough about it and its importance on all levels.
