My best or worst day
Well here it goes.
Being of sound mind and body I leave it up to you to decide if I had a guardian angle on my side or just lucky.As a young man and a novice at everything I vetured out into the world of wine, women and song.
With thoughts of sugar plums dancing in my head I wanna say that, I do not condone anything I have done in the past but only, hopefully , to show that years of school isnt always the best path , life experiences and age are the true way to learn the real world.
Starting my Saturday morning was the same shower,eat,count my change and decide whether to buy beer or a playboy magazine. I went with the playboy. There are all kinda bunnies out there , bugs bunny, the Easter bunny, chocolate bunny, but my favorite was the playboy bunny.
With that on my mind I ventured to the local 7-11 and went in and purchased my prize. While leaving I ran into some friends and we regrouped and pooled the rest of our money and purchased a case of Milwauke’sBest. Being 10 in the morning we decide to head to the mountains and act stupid. Once there and only half a dozen beers left our attention turned to what was most important and that was more beer. In my great wisdom we split up , Mark and Ted went for more beer and me and Andy ventured in to forest to find a place to set up camp. Let me add that we drove about an hour and we’re WAY up in the smokie mountains and haven’t seen anyone for the last 20 miles , it was very peaceful and we were sure not going to run into anyone so we kinda let our guard down. As it was winter in the smokies the weather was very cold but no snow or rain. We found a place to camp we realized that we had no camping gear to speak of just a knife, lighter ,about 6 beers and a small tarp. We gathered up limbs and anything to make a tent and get a fire going. We accomplished that very quickly because it was more important to Finnish our beers than actually do anything constructive. Not realizing our impending doom and somewhat lost in the woods our conversations turned to our friends and where the hell were they. We were out of beer the only though was if our fiends could find us .As night fell we did start a fire and huddled close because it is now dark and very very cold. With Mark and Ted nowhere to be found we actually started to get a little worried. They would never ever be able to find us and they probably didn’t remember where they dropped us off . So there was a very good possibility that these son of a bitches were not coming back. we could picture them laughing their ass off and drinking the rest of
the beers. We played really hard jokes and you just had to understand us to see that this is what they have probably done.
IS THIS WORTH FINNISHING. ???? I have never written a story, as you can tell. Can you give me some feedback. The rest of the story is great I am not sure if I am telling it correctly were people would read it. EXP: background or discription of characters, settings, year, age? Or shread it and start over?
let me know
Thank
Mark Wright
