Things I Learned About Relationships from Being Single
Being single is amazing. Of course, being in a relationship is great, too. So great... But the single life is honestly the best life. You become an independent human being who isn't strapped down to just one person. You can flirt and have sex with whoever you want without having that guilty voice nagging you from the back. And you can tell that voice to just STFU because you're single and ready to mingle! Did I mention you don't have to impress anyone anymore? Dress like a slob and eat like a pig — no one is there to judge you.

Love Triangles and Betrayal: The Tricky Triad
Love triangles. . . We don't understand the concept of a tricky triad, nor do we really comprehend the dynamics of being caught up in one, until we find ourselves stuck as a geometrical coordinate. Graphed as a third part of a whole, whether we initiate the third angle or were unknowingly reeled into it, stuck we are. Haphazardly, is often the case. Even for the dirty deed doer, the cheater, who branched out from the dyad.

I Leave You With This
She was the last thing I clearly thought about before I died. Every detail was precise; creating a phantom of her next to me that I knew I couldn’t actually touch. I couldn’t trace the crescent-like lining of her vitiligo that peaks from above her left ear, trailing towards between her lips to the back of the right side of her jaw, or kiss her after. I couldn’t wipe the tears from her spectral eyes and I couldn’t say goodbye. I knew this was going to happen, that they would kill me, so I planned ahead. She’ll find my letters and she’ll have me in her hands. I rather her treasure me as paper than as a memory of my limp and empty shell. She’ll find my letters.

Final Mascarade
You turned into someone else that I don't know, so I talk to myself feeling weird but knowing that it helps me from going crazy. Maybe I'm already crazy. Only I can figure that out. I worry about you and have to say goodbye, packing it up, and disappearing. You better have some place to go because you can't come running back to me. I am finally forgetting about you and it makes you so mad that I'm moving on and am finally having fun without you. Goodbye.

The Millennial's Guide to Relationships: What NOT To Do
“I don’t even know who that is!,” “She’s just a friend from high school…” “You can trust me…” these are just a few of the lines I, as well as my friends, have heard over the past few years from our own former significant others. Millennials seem to be having the hardest time grabbing onto a relationship that they’re willing to keep. It has become a paradox; everyone talks about how they want a faithful lover yet they aren’t committed when getting into a serious relationship. Here’s a news flash kiddos, you have to want to be faithful to be in a committed relationship! Contrary to popular belief, “talking” in today’s society is considered “dating” and it’s one of the biggest problems with the way young adults believe they should begin their journey of love. My main goal for you all is to possibly show you what the problems are and what NOT to do the next time you want to get into a serious relationship.

And All that Could've Been
It started out so innocently. A girl meets a boy online. They talk daily. Not only over the phone, but video calls as well. They live over a thousand miles apart. Years go by and they continue with their usual ways. They wake up, text here and there, and at the end of the day they make their calls. Telling one another they love each other. The feelings are strong between them.
