In one's life, one should ask oneself to achieve this, do that, get this, feel that, etc. from the positive side. At the same time, it is perhaps more important to set the opposite boundary, i.e., not to do this, not to do that, not to get out of this. In this way, perhaps your life will be clearer and more lucid.

First, do not anti-science, anti-common sense, against the objective law of wishful thinking "for", that is, brute force "for". Such as attempts to use mass sports to break the world record in the 100-meter dash.

Second, do not confess their own needs in order to confess "for". I have written a mini novel, said an old man is sick, his children have to express filial piety and find some charlatans to the old man to cure, the results of the old man scared away, that is, this idea.

Third, do not overly "for". You may need to get 15 people to help you get something done, but what if you get 1500 people? Can only cause great resentment, big trouble, but can not be done.

Fourth, don't be calculating "for", don't lose more than you gain "for". You for a small profit and a big fight, in vain to laugh, as for the resulting sequelae is unimaginable.

Fifth, do not "for" those things that are embarrassing, such as camping, bragging, showboating, pretending to be crazy ......

Sixth, do not open up, stirring "for". As the general writing people are willing to send their own things in the big newspapers and magazines, more willing to send in the front page headlines. However, I have made it a point to publish my exploratory work in small newspapers and magazines, and I have taken special care not to publish headlines. I am particularly at peace with winning third prizes or not, no matter what, in favor of balance, in favor of you over, others should also be well over also.

Seventh, you can set ambitious goals, in order to make a difference, but you can also adjust and modify the goal, not "for" the kind of "for" has been repeatedly proved to "for" also "for" the failure of things. Such as the invention of perpetual motion machines.

There are many other considerations that fall into the category of "inaction"! For example, not to be opportunistic, not to be emotional, not to be hot and cold, not to lose your temper, not to flaunt yourself, not to harm others, not to be too calculating, not to forecast that you are about to achieve amazing results. In short, perhaps we can not design for all people to specify who should "for" what, do what, because a variety of people's conditions, situations, interests, value choices are too different, the normal situation should allow such differences, such diversity. We can't advise everyone to become a martyr who blows up bunkers, just like we can't advise everyone to become entrepreneurs who make a lot of money; we can't advise everyone to invent and create, just like we can't advise everyone to be an old cow for life. But we can at least advise them not to do anything, not to do stupid things, bad things, not to do foolish and fraudulent things, not to do to show off a selfish anger and set aside the consequences of irresponsible things, and so on.

We cannot ask everyone to have the same achievements, but we can hope that everyone will not put their life, energy and limited time on the most undesirable behaviors. Without these acts that should have been absent, without these bad deeds and laughing stocks, without these sins and lowly underhandedness, even if your achievements are extremely limited, at least you still spend your life righteously and correctly and normally with peace of mind. When you remember everything about yourself, at least you don't have to be so ashamed, so ashamed, so regretful. One's life should be spent positively asking oneself to achieve this, to do that, to get this, to feel that, and so on. At the same time, it is perhaps more important to set the opposite boundaries, that is, not to do this, not to do that, not to get out of this. In this way, perhaps your life will be clearer and more lucid instead, and you will get more light and wisdom and leave the sea of darkness and foolishness. How good that would be!
