July 2022 Energy Update

This month has a surprising number of themes, songs, animals, and more! I love numbers and numerology, 07-01-2022 reduces to 5. 5's are about freedom, curiosity, adventure, and change.

This is Cancer season, they are about heart and home. The crab is a water sign naturally and bodies of water will be very cleansing and healing right now. Go for a swim, take that Epsom salt bath, luxuriate and release that emotion into the ocean, glide along the lake or drift away on the river

PAUSE: No matter how much you plan in life, how much momentum you have, things will go awry, and plans will be stopped suddenly or diverted. These are inner and outer forces that are happening, how do you respond? Do you see it as a problem or inconvenience or do you stop and wonder? Why is this happening? Maybe this is a divine intervention for your protection. Please trust the process, trust yourself and trust the timing. The world is a stimulating place (Johann Hari wrote his latest book about it "Stolen Focus") our times seem very busy, and very distracting. This is a perfect time to create that space of sanctuary whether it's inside of you or outside of you. Work to consciously slow down and find out why you are annoyed by slowing down? So much GOLD in the listening and the feeling.

SHINE: Your heart-generating energy is GOLD! Remember empaths, sensitives, lightworkers, and healers, know your limits, because the world is so needy, everyone needs so much. This global overwhelm might trigger people pleasers with no boundaries. Boundaries are for you to protect your energy, a NO is a complete sentence. believe me, I've been there. We are all waking up, slowly, maybe some of us for decades or other lifetimes. I get it, I'm an old soul (44 times) I guess I needed to repeat those lessons. I can laugh about it now, pre-2017 I was a mess! Take that time to find your inner light. We are all making our way home. Please remember to pull back, balance, yin/yang, and show up, shine up and out! Give and receive energy, take those gifts, these moments, they are there for you to shine. That light helps others in the world, knowingly or not. Do not be afraid to shine your light, you are safe to do so. You are so needed to do so, for your own ascension. Please know you are protected, you are guided and you are loved.

REFLECT: How balanced are our relationships? Many of us are doing a life review of our 360-degree self, emotionally/physically/spiritually/emotionally/financially/relationships instability. Worldwide leadership is shining, finding our voice in a new way. Now I'm not talking about worldwide "leaders" or I'm not saying you have to be CEO or president. I'm asking, How are you leading yourself and others? Like leading by example, what is your example? Knowing who you are because you are healing at all levels. Allowing change and shedding old energy, old stories, and old identity. This is a great time to let go of the old, including dreams to allow space for new dreams to come in. Deep and potent releases, awareness, and effortless healing cycles. We have a trauma hangover from 2020. Loneliness and boredom might be a thing as well, something to look at!
