  • other exercises:- like Brock string ,barrel card, focusing on candle etc are also useful exercises for our eyes
  • 2- Eat healthy ,balanced diet with dark ,sparking green leafy vegetables

    3-You can make your healthy tasty juice , you just need an amla, beetroot, carrot ,water and blend it well [to make it sweeter you can add jaggery ] ,this juice not only good for your eyes but amazingly works on low collagen , low hemoglobin and control blood pressure

    4-dont'smoke and try to reduce screen time

    5-use protective eyewear during direct exposer to sunlight and the activity which may be dangerous for your eyes

    6-Last but not least proper regular consultation with your eye specialist
