The immune system is a complex network of organs, cells and proteins that defends the body against infection, whilst protecting the body's own cells. The immune system keeps a record of every germ (microbe) it has ever defeated so it can recognize and destroy the microbe quickly if it enters the body again.
How organ works in immune system in human body:
As blood circulates through the spleen, it is filtered to detect pathogens. As pathogens are detected, immune system cells are activated and increase in number to neutralize the pathogen. The spleen is particularly important in protecting people from bacterial infections, such as meningococcus and pneumococcus.
How cell works in immune system in human body:
White blood cells are the key players in your immune system. They are made in your bone marrow and are part of the lymphatic system. White blood cells move through blood and tissue throughout your body, looking for foreign invaders (microbes) such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi.
How protein works in immune system in human body:
Proteins help form immunoglobulins, or antibodies, to fight infection ( 25 , 26 ). Antibodies are proteins in your blood that help protect your body from harmful invaders like bacteria and viruses. When these foreign invaders enter your cells, your body produces antibodies that tag them for elimination ( 27 ).

Septicemia:
Septicemia is a serious bloodstream infection. It occurs when bacteria enter the bloodstream from elsewhere in the body, such as the skin, lungs, kidneys, and bladder.
Septicemia is dangerous because the bacteria and their toxins can be carried through the bloodstream to your entire body.
Sepsis causes inflammation throughout the body. This inflammation can cause blood clots and block oxygen from reaching vital organs, resulting in organ failure.
When the inflammation occurs with extremely low blood pressure, it’s called septic shock. Septic shock is fatal in many cases.

Septicemia is caused by an infection in another part of your body.
Many types of bacteria can lead to septicemia, and the exact source of the infection often can’t be determined. The most common infections that lead to septicemia are:
-Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
-Lung infections, such as pneumonia
-Kidney infections
-Infections in the abdominal area
Bacteria from these infections enter the bloodstream and multiply rapidly, causing immediate symptoms.

Sepsis is a potentially life-threatening condition that arises when the body's response to infection causes injury to its own tissues and organs.

The very young, old, and people with a weakened immune system may have no symptoms of a specific infection, and their body temperature may be low or normal instead of constituting a fever. Severe sepsis causes poor organ function or blood flow. The presence of low blood pressure, high blood lactate, or low urine output may suggest poor blood flow. Septic shock is low blood pressure due to sepsis that does not improve after fluid replacement.
