These are the most difficult practices to eliminate negative emotions. We understand that it is more complicated to take refuge in meditation when you want to destroy everything in your path.

However, they are effective methods that will restore your spiritual balance. It may be a more suitable way for people who are calm and prone to inner contemplation.

The ways described above will help you cope with the emotions and feelings that have already taken shape. They work, but only until next time. If negative emotions are looming over and over again, then you should resort to other methods or you may need to radically change your life.
