The Ukrainian city of Kiev, along with its surrounding regions, has been internationally recognized as being one of the most desirable dating destinations in all of Eastern Europe - if not the whole world. For this very reason, thousands of foreign men flock to these regions in search of a love interest, a life partner, or a soul mate.

Kiev is a beautiful city with sleek, urbanized city planning and a rich cultural history that tells the story of a diverse population’s political past and societal infrastructure - one that defines the city’s unique brand of excellence in the world’s eye.

If you’re among the many foreigners in the City of Brides looking for the love of your life, here’s a few things you should know about Kiev women’s perception towards foreign men.

They already have an idea of what you’re looking for before you even ask

It’s never polite to make assumptions, but when a dynamic goes on for so long, it gets culturally ingrained in its population.

Whether you’re in town for a business trip, to meet a family member, or simply on vacation, usually the idea will still be at the back of their minds when you first approach these women - particularly if you’re a foreigner.

Again, this does not speak for all of them. But it’s an observable factor that can’t be ignored.

We’ll conclude by saying that not all Ukrainian men are as bad as their women say they are, not all foreigners are in town for a love excursion, and not all Ukrainian girls are madly obsessed with Western guys. Not everything is the way it seems.

But when the majority speaks, there’s just some things you can’t deny. And that’s valuable insight right there.
