Responding to the video that Ultimate Love Star, Kachi, made where he adviced Kellyrae to not use his money for music, to not share it 50/50 with Kassia, and to invest it in real estate, Kellyrae responded to the advice saying:
KELLYRAE: I feel like it came from a good place. It only takes who cares about you to give you that kind of advice. I'm the kind of person that likes to listen to people. I want to hear what you have to say, or what you think about certain things. God bless him, the advice I take it, but I feel like on the other hand, a lot of people are thinking "oh okay you're out, you've won 60 million, you're gonna use the whole 60 million for music." No, the money is married, don't forget that part.
I'm not the only owner of the money. There is Kassia, we have other kids coming in the future, and it's a whole lot. So like I always say, Kassia is the secretary. She has always been the secretary of the company, so if she tells me "it's N1,000 I'm giving you, go and meet Don Jazzy, if he doesn't want to produce N1,000, na you sabi," I'll take. Do you understand?
So one thing I'd like to say is guys don't forget, there is a possibility that if I had met you and I told you that I wanted to go into Big Brother house with my wife, or if I had met 10 people, there is a possibility that 8 people would have advised me not to, that it will not work. Even Ebuka said it the way we walked in that it has never worked for couples, but this is where we are.
I take the advice. I think he's just trying to say be careful. No loose guard. You no loose guard inside the house, no loose guard outside. Of course I will do music, but that advice is strong. It rings in my head funny enough. I just take it that he's saying be careful, don't finish your money on music.
