Great Department Nurse Staff Sister
Nurses in our country

From 2019, Corona has stepped foot in Pakistan and is still alive. Killed several people in 2019. Many people were killed in 2020 and hundreds of people were killed in 2021. Every hospital wherever you go, everyone asks about doctors and people do not give respect to the nurse, the respect she deserves. Even though she is qualified and after much opposition and hard work she became a nurse.
During the Corona era, we saw that there was a shortage of doctors in our country, but thousands of nurses were informed about the need through news and columns, which are also followed by many institutions. Many eminent writers of our Lahore were invited by the Vice Chancellor of Bahawalpur University to visit Islamia University. The mission is to increase the number of nurses in our country from 90,000 to 1 million so that we can send our sisters i.e staff to hospitals of other countries besides our country which will improve relations with other countries and also provide employment to many people.
The Department of Nursing which was started by a Muslim nurse Rafida Al-Salah. Take away that problem that holds them back and you've got a sale! Of course, this is the message of the nursing sector which needs to be adopted and acted upon in its respective spheres. Resolves existing complaints regarding. However, wherever the effort is, it is a fact that much remains to be done on both sides to give the sector its rightful place.
Dear Readers, While paying tribute to Islamia University Bahawalpur for the Department of Nursing, I would like to say that salute to any institution which is struggling for the Department of Nursing. Plays a role but unfortunately in Pakistan it still seems far from its true place. Globally, a nurse can be assigned to a maximum of four patients and there are several hospitals in Pakistan where the nursing staff is caring for more than fifty patients at a time. According to official figures, there is a shortage of more than 50,000 nurses in government hospitals across the country. It is not that vacancies have been vacant for a long time, but according to official sources, nurses have been appointed from time to time to fill the vacancies.
In this regard, the officials of the Nursing Association and various Nursing Federations say that the nursing staff in the government hospitals are overworked and lack facilities. If a nurse has to attend fifty patients at a time, then it comes to her mind that she is a human being or the machine, being a human being it is not possible for her.
Nurses are required to work two hours in the ward, six hours in the morning and evening shifts, and twelve hours in the night shift. Due to which not only the patients are not given proper attention which is the cause of anger of the patients' relatives and sometimes even physical violence by them, but it is also tantamount to abuse of the nursing sector itself.
The field of nursing is generally considered to be part of the medical profession, although it is a very different kind of field whose responsibilities in practice sometimes exceed those of doctors. Nursing staff recruited as a charge nurse in the eleventh grade starts their work with a salary of just over 6,000 rupees. Due to this extra workload, limited facilities and other issues. Most nurses in government hospitals are employed only to gain experience and as soon as they are offered a job in a better place, they immediately leave the government job and go to private sector or abroad leaving the country.
