Great Department Nurse Staff Sister

In this regard, the officials of the Nursing Association and various Nursing Federations say that the nursing staff in the government hospitals are overworked and lack facilities. If a nurse has to attend fifty patients at a time, then it comes to her mind that she is a human being or the machine, being a human being it is not possible for her.

Nurses are required to work two hours in the ward, six hours in the morning and evening shifts, and twelve hours in the night shift. Due to which not only the patients are not given proper attention which is the cause of anger of the patients' relatives and sometimes even physical violence by them, but it is also tantamount to abuse of the nursing sector itself.

The field of nursing is generally considered to be part of the medical profession, although it is a very different kind of field whose responsibilities in practice sometimes exceed those of doctors. Nursing staff recruited as a charge nurse in the eleventh grade starts their work with a salary of just over 6,000 rupees. Due to this extra workload, limited facilities and other issues.
