fasting tea bags have definitely been used for centuries. The ancient Greeks consumed food during fasting as their weight was falling. Fasting in early years, might help for avoiding obesity. Today a variety of ‘dark’ chocolate consumed as an evening treat, is known to have a weight loss effect. Some researchers say consuming even a little dark chocolate, at least once a week, can help keep body weight stable.

Much less is known about the optimal amount of tea consumed for fasting weight loss. Recently, researchers have been testing different ways to regulate insulin secretion, which reduces the sugar absorption in blood. Two methods have been tested. One involves ingesting an artificial sweetener, sucralose. The other involves drinking unsweetened herbal tea for up to 72 hours, consuming 100-200 grams of tea or water per day, and tracking weight.

According to the study, drinking at least a cup of green tea daily for just 4 months helped obese people lose an average of 10% of their body weight, and that did not appear to result in negative side effects. Fasting in animals and humans are so far separate but it can be concluded that drinking tea for just a short period can also help in the treatment of obesity and that tea was better for the weight loss in overweight people.

The effects of tea are not short lived. With a little notice and quick consumption it should not affect normal metabolism. Tea is also said to be beneficial to heart health. Recently researchers showed that there is a relationship between high tea consumption and a lowered risk of developing heart disease and type 2 diabetes. There are a number of reasons for the relation between heart health and tea drinking. Tea is rich in antioxidants and some studies indicate a correlation between tea drinking and a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases. Regular tea consumption might also increase insulin sensitivity in overweight people, which contributes to better blood sugar control.

Regular tea consumption for weight loss has several benefits. It burns calories and offers some anti-depressant effects. Excess weight is a chronic problem and drinking tea, on a regular basis, will help you lose weight faster and keep it off.

After losing the weight, caffeine will not affect your weight gain anymore. Tea drinkers also benefit from a low body weight, higher insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control.

Meditation has proven to be a great tool for weight loss, and it is a popular trend in health and fitness circles. Both short and long sessions of meditation help you with mental clarity, boosting confidence, reducing stress, and more. A mental workout of 20 minutes or less, can make a big difference. Exercising for a few minutes every day for a month, can have

a big difference...

Fourth topic, acceptance, suggests discussion around examples. There are numerous debates going on right now over what makes an acceptable argument or what rational reasons could have been considered to justify any disagreement. Each side of any debate tries to take as much precedent as possible from the situation as an argument and uses context to make their case.

What is a rational reason to disagree with something? It depends on what you're saying. Sometimes, the best explanation for why you disagree with someone is that you don't have the cognitive capacity to process that concept.

Some people argue with me on issues that are complex. For example, I have discussions with people about civil liberties and intervention in the Syrian civil war. Their argument, in a couple of sentences, is: We should intervene, because everything has a pattern and we'll see more humanitarian disasters if we don't intervene.
