ESP, these are extra sensorial perceptions, that are very related with intuition.

Mind reading, sensing that a distant relative or friend is in trouble other phenomena not associated with science are examples of things that fall under the category of extrasensory perception (ESP).

The mind can become an enemy when it fixates on negative thoughts, worries incessantly, and succumbs to anxiety. Overthinking can lead to a cycle of rumination, reducing productivity and causing unnecessary stress.
