Educated or Graduated.

An educated officer attacked Syed Israr ul Hassan and beat him like an animal. I was thinking that this officer has reached this place after getting an education. Education teaches honesty, integrity, compassion, and humanity but this educated officer attacked the truth. It was during this thought that a store was recalled.

A young man asked his grandfather, "Grandpa John, how did you people live before?" No gas, no electricity, no train, no car, no internet, no computer, no movie, no drama, no TV, no AC, no mobile. Grandpa John replied as if you people are still living, no compassion for the little ones, no respect for the elders, no literature and morals, no shame, no distinction, no practical fasting, no practical Islam, no practical Qur’an.

Knowledge is great wealth, education is a light, education teaches adults literature and compassion for the little ones. When I hear such phrases or hear about the rights of men and women, my thinking makes me stand on the edge of my conscience and tells me that if we compare the past with the present, there was no knowledge in the past. There were no madrassas, there was not much awareness among the people, the nation was not so developed and there were not so many facilities. Right now we know, both religion and the world are found on Google, schools, colleges, academies, and universities can be seen in every other street. In the past, women did not have as many rights as they have today. After hearing these taunts, my conscience asks why the educated youth have no respect for the elders. Why does man not have the value of a man? Why is there no compassion for the little ones? Why is there news of the rape of a little girl in the newspaper every other day? Why are murders and robberies on the rise? Why are teachers being verbally abused? Why is the young generation being influenced by fake Hollywood and Bollywood movies? Why does my body sound like a slogan of my will? Why does a matric fail politician get votes despite so much education and awareness? Why is a Ph.D. doctor roaming the streets in disgrace and incompetent and corrupt politician protocol? Why is today’s educated man using his brother as a tool to achieve his goal? The world was made for man, but why is man today using man for the world? Of course in the past the rate of education was low, Islam was not so widespread but man was human. The man had consciousness, humanity, empathy, mutual help. Schools, colleges, and universities were built to be human and civilized and to reach the highest level of humanity. Unfortunately, the man reached the moon but humanity was buried in the earth.

An answer to all these questions was given by my conscience that there are two things that man has left because of which man is ignorant even though he is literate. They are feeling and educated. Earlier people were illiterate but educated and read today Written but ignorant.

Now the question arises as to what is the difference between the educated, the ignorant, and the educated. The answer is that education teaches us when, where, and how to talk, but the degree cannot teach it. And educational institutions teach us how to be doctors, engineers, pilots, and officers who have degrees, not education. Becoming a doctor and an engineer is not the purpose of life. Being human is the purpose of life. And the degree is a piece of paper.

There is a saying in English that knowledge is the most powerful weapon to change the world. Of course, knowledge is a great wealth and power, the example of which is the European countries, which are ahead of the Eastern countries in the field of education and technology, but in Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, and Palestine massacre, bloodshed like water - its destruction. And the biggest reason for the decline in the European countries with these degrees. If they were educated, Kashmir would not be in this situation for 70 years because education never teaches harm.

It is a pity that our education system provides robots instead of human beings to society every year by awarding degrees instead of education. Because a person’s education is not in his degree but his character. And this teaching is not taught to us. That is why the people of the past were illiterate but educated and today they are literate but ignorant. Better a poor horse than no horse at all.
