Vacuum pot - A vacuum pot uses a combination of boiling and vacuum suction to brew coffee. Water is heated in the bottom chamber and then rises to the top chamber where it mixes with coffee grounds. The mixture then returns to the bottom chamber through a filter.
Chemex - A special Chemex coffee maker is used with a Chemex filter, and hot water is poured over ground coffee in a slow, circular motion. The water then drips through the filter and into the Chemex.
French Press - French press coffee is made by steeping ground coffee beans in hot water for a few minutes before pressing a plunger to separate the coffee from the grounds. This method produces a rich, full-bodied flavor.
Pour Over - Pour over coffee is made by pouring hot water over ground coffee beans in a cone-shaped filter. The water slowly drips through the filter and into a cup or carafe. This method produces a clean, bright flavor.
