Calmness of the nights

Nights are not calm for all

By Krishan balamuruganPublished about a year ago 5 min read
Millions dream about a night to spent like above

Good Night. I remember telling this to my family members a long time back when I was doing my schooling. The days without any intentions, aim, anxiety, stress, pressure, responsibilities, etc. Yes! in a single word peaceful. Maybe I am hiding this from you on the usual thoughts of 'How I am going to manage school tomorrow, without having my homework pages filled'.

I am able to explain to you how my life has altered. Not to be precise, though, since you would also have to cross this bridge and are presently sailing through a storm on the ocean. It's possible that the storm you are sailing on has a different strength. However, it truly depends on how each of us is navigating the storm. It is important. The storm is not going to let up, day or night. "Do you sleep properly?" is the question I pose to you.

Simply ponder this query while facing a mirror and pose it to yourself. Do you believe you get enough sleep? Really? What you think of as sleeping right now is eight hours. Our body and mind are both involved in the act of sleeping. The body and mind ought to be in sync. It involves more than merely sleeping off your activities. You must prepare for at least half an hour in advance. Our minds ought to be clear of any concerns over the future. The mind and body must work together, and the mind should only dream of lovely deeds that benefit yourself, your family, your nation and our planet.

I am confident that 95% of us can only agree with any one point. Sleeping won't be beneficial until we give in to every suggestion made. These days, people have begun going to "How to sleep" workshops. People search the internet for information on how to sleep, how not to sleep, what constitutes a better sleep and what does not, and how to fall asleep faster.

Numerous sleep patterns have existed since the beginning of human habitation. I would like to post a few interesting patterns that have existed and exist so far. Male alpha sleep schedule: one or more men who are regarded as alpha in their tribe will stay awake the entire night in order to defend the tribe from both human and animal predators. Eventually, this was modified to become a guard duty, requiring them to watch over their tribal chief nightly. Even later, the military defended their country from foreign invasions. If you approach this with this kind of thinking, this will be interesting. People began working at night because of several other decisive considerations, including the dramatic increase in global population.

For those who believe that sleep at night is crucial, the last one mentioned above is not suitable. The rest and a minimum follow this difficult path in life, concentrating on their own well-being and that of their dependents. The good night wish has evolved from "Get good sleep" to "Get some sleep". When asked if they enjoy the night work, very few people would admit enjoying it. Most of them work due to their circumstances, lack of opportunities, and their day life. This is not the right use for our body. Sleep is essential to a healthy lifestyle for humans.

The information that has been covered until now will apply to those who have an objective or an accomplice. In actuality, we're safe. Much luckier. We have the entire globe to explore and create something that will allow us to say, "I attained this by taking action, and as a result, a profit that fulfills my needs has been generated. Finally I succeed".

Let’s move our focus to some individuals around us whom we consider as weaker. The reason I have mentioned them as weaker people is because they are struggling for something that we get easily without any effort. I have a lot of questions about human equality. Something is dividing us from them. When it comes to the sleeping process, these are the three fundamental necessities that I believe every human being should have. Body that is free from hunger, a shelter, a comfort material that separates us from the floor (At least a single layer of a kind of material), clothing resistant to the cold and protection from the environment. Imagine you are about to sleep without any of the mentioned fundamentals.

Request to put yourself in this situation and place you are going to sleep which might not be holding the current comfort, without proper cold resistance, having an empty stomach which did not meet any stranger, have hundreds of questions about the tomorrow, doubtfulness on surviving the night. Analyze your sleeping comfort in relation to the scenario given. We can only say about the problems we have to face tomorrow or thoughts on executing something that has been planned. And we are the reason, the only reason for the situation we are about to face. I am confident that none of you reading this will not be totally in a situation which I wanted you to imagine. If anyone, please take care.

It is difficult to endure that state for the entire night and sleep cycle. The calmness of the night is not enjoyed by everyone. We are considerably superior to those who genuinely have no idea what goes into the act of sleeping. They are frustrated by the night and keep questioning 'Why does the sun go off?'. They do not consider night to be lovely; they dislike the stillness, the bracing air, the heavenly moon, and the darkness that tempts them to sleep. I bet if you start an argument with them that night is pleasant you will lose it.

Think about this before your bedtime. Think about your lucky life. Do compare with them what you have around your room, speak to your bed, tell that you love it, it will love you back. Tell yourself about the disturbing thoughts which your mind is going to think is nothing. You have put yourself in that situation and you should be carrying the key to come out of that dark room. On the other hand, thank to God for the life that you are living. Request to follow today only. Move all your odds away and start spending your night as never before. Good night!
