As long as the heart is not tired

As long as the heart is not tired

At the end of the day, I walked into the subway and settled into a corner of the crowded car.

Just in the last ten hours, I have been so busy with everything that I have become a spinning top. Look up at the other people in the subway, most of the expression is wooden, and look sad. Everyone's face was pale and pale.

This day, really tired.

To be exact, every day is very tiring.

I used to say to myself many times, isn't this normal life? Life is full of all kinds of trifles, trifles. What's more, more than once someone told me, tired, is that is walking uphill ah!

But my heart was telling me that this comfort would not make me happier. It's been a long time since I've watched a show, sat down to watch a movie, or gone shopping with friends.

By chance, I met Min.

Once on a business trip, catching a train, I didn't have time to eat, so I bought a hamburger at a fast food restaurant near the station, ready to eat on the train. It was the eve of a long holiday, and the train station was crowded.

Finally squeezed into the car, I was already exhausted, sitting in the seat and looking out of the window in a daze. At this moment, Min stepped on a pair of high-heeled shoes to come slowly, nodded to me with a smile, and then sat down beside me lightly.

She unpacked her luggage and pulled out a bento box neatly stacked with pieces of delicate sushi, along with some fresh green salad.

She gently invited me to join her for a bite. I smiled and waved my hand, and we naturally began to talk.

Min works at a bank and spends all day at a window -- explaining wealth management products, guiding elderly people through business, and handling customer disputes. The busiest time, even don't have a drink of water.

Min work very late, eight or nine o 'clock at night to leave the unit is common, even if the rest of the day, often called back to the office to work overtime.

And she's the mother of a two-year-old. What's more surprising to me is that she is preparing for a finance-related qualification exam in her spare time, learning English by herself, and planning to take her family to travel abroad when she takes her annual leave next year.

Looking at the exquisite sushi in her bento box, I asked, "Don't you feel tired? How can you maintain such vitality?"

She smiled faintly. "Tired, of course. But as long as the heart is not tired, it is good!"

Our bodies and our minds are two intertwined worlds. Physical fatigue, a lot of times because our mood first becomes very bad; People with positive emotions tend to be physically energetic.

I INTRODUCE A FEW CLOSE MEASURE EFFECTIVE METHODS TO EVERYBODY, HOPE EVERYBODY CAN CAST OFF LIKE A SHADOW FOLLOWS FORM "EXHAUSTION"!

First, the important things to say three times: early to bed, early to bed, early to bed!

A while ago, I was very busy. Every day was full of schedule. It was not until 8 or 9 o 'clock in the evening that I could squeeze out time to read, write articles, find pictures, typeset articles, and push them out.

I didn't feel ill at first. However, I gradually found that every time I went to bed late, my concentration during the day became worse and my thinking slowed down. What's worse, the mood is no longer stable, the slightest thing will feel frustrated or irritable.

Someone said: you are not tired, because you don't sleep at night. So get into the habit of going to bed early and going to bed half an hour earlier. Stop looking at your phone and thinking about things that bother you. Put on a piece of light music, lie in bed, close your eyes, and calm your mind and body as you meditate.

When you open your eyes the next morning, the whole world is brighter. The sky is blue again, the grass is green again. And you, on the other hand, are bouncing around again.

Secondly, manage your time well.

Sometimes we can't go to bed on time, not because we don't want to go to bed early, but because we have too much to do, we always feel that the plan for the day is not finished. Later, I found that if I managed my time well, I would feel a sense of satisfaction when all my plans for the day were completed, and I would be satisfied to go to bed on time.

We need to find our productive hours. This is the time when you can concentrate best and get the work done at the fastest speed and with the best quality.

Then it's time management. Don't make too many plans. It's easy to get frustrated if you don't finish them. Don't just write down what you're going to do today, but make a reasonable estimate of when you're going to do it. More importantly, don't just plan your work, but also your leisure and fun time.

The third remedy for exhaustion is to eat the frog. The "frog" here means the most difficult and important thing.

Identify the three most important things to do each day, and make them the top priorities of your day. In this way, you will feel more relaxed and happy until you leave work or go to bed.

Exercise is the fourth best way to keep your energy levels up.

My experience tells me that I should exercise three or four days a week, no matter how busy I am. Exercise releases dopamine, which makes you feel good. Whenever I feel physically tired, the first thing I think of is not going to the SPA, but stretching my body with a little yoga, or going out for a few miles.

Exercise can enhance our physical fitness, reduce the time and money spent because of illness and excessive fatigue, is the so-called "sharpening the knife does not miss cutting wood".

Finally, find the little pleasures in life!

Physical fatigue is largely due to psychological stress. From the bottom of my heart that goal is important, but the scenery along the way is also very beautiful. Stop once in a while and enjoy the crisp autumn days; Pass a dessert shop and reward yourself with a delicious pastry; Plant a seed in a pot and water it every day until it produces its first little flower...

Life is not a lack of beauty, but a lack of eyes to find beauty. These seemingly casual little things, but can greatly increase the happiness of life.

May your life be filled with these small and small blessings that remind you every moment of how wonderful and profound the world is. Let them show you how brave and calm you are on countless ordinary days, how you have met so many loving and wonderful people, and experienced so many warm and happy things.

Each of us is a hero in a tired life.

As a friend once said: even if life is a feather, pick them up one by one and tie them into a beautiful feather duster.

Insist, in this chaotic and busy life, has not been positive energy. The real positive energy is smiling and insisting.
