Taking to social media to share his story, Aproko Doctor shared pictures and videos along with the caption that said:
APROKO DOCTOR: On the 18th of December 2022. I came out of a brain surgery that removed a tumour in my brain. I'm grateful to God for life. Join me and celebrate. For everyone struggling with any form of health condition, you will be fine at last.

Speaking further about the surgery, Aproko Doctor said:
APROKO DOCTOR: On the 5th of December 2022, I was diagnosed with a Craniopharyngioma which is a brain tumor. While I was being driven home I was called by Dr Onya, Dr Onya is a neurosurgeon in Lagoon Hospital Lagos and immediately he sends the film to Dr Tayo Ojo. Apparently Dr Tayo and Dr Onya worked together in the same hospital and so Dr Onya said I should come to the hospital the next day.
It was one of the most trying periods in my life, I am not going to lie. They had to open the skull, take out a piece of the skull, completely go through the brain so that they can have enough real estate to see and then really do what they needed to do. I was really sad.
People who asked me why I did the surgery in Nigeria, at some point I had no answer for them because I just knew that I think we have good hands here and it wasn't necessarily funds. I think it was more about trust. I did not trust the foreign doctors that I was going to see, but I knew that we could do it here. Another thing that also helped me was the support system I had, you know, my friends, my family, my wife, even from the very beginning before the whole surgery thing came up.

Thankfully, Aproko Doctor is fine now and he wrote along with this picture:
APROKO DOCTOR: This is me this morning.

We're so thankful for Aproko Doctor's good health and life. What do you think about this?
