1. Headache Relief

LI4 (Hegu): Found in the webbing between the thumb and index finger, applying firm pressure here can relieve tension headaches. Press and release in a rhythmic fashion for a few minutes but avoid this during pregnancy.

2. Stress and Anxiety

P6 (Neiguan): Known as the Inner Gate, this point is located three finger widths below the wrist on the inner forearm between the two tendons. Massaging this area for a few minutes can calm the mind and reduce anxiety.

4. Insomnia

HT7 (Shenmen): On the wrist crease, in line with the little finger, this "Spirit Gate" point can be massaged to induce sleep. Apply pressure in a circular motion for about 5 minutes before bed.

Anmian (Extra Point): Not an official acupoint but rather a spot behind the ear, where the mastoid bone meets the neck. Lightly rubbing this spot can help with sleep issues by calming the mind.

5. Sinus Congestion

B2 (Zanzhu): Located at the inner edge of the eyebrows, near the nose bridge, this point can be pressed to alleviate sinus pressure or congestion.

LI20 (Yingxiang): Just outside the nostrils, where the nasal flare is most pronounced. Massaging here can help drain the sinuses.
